Never did we feel rushed. She was just happy to help in any way she could. Full of information and super nice. And Dr. Curtis is the absolute best. He takes his time and makes us feel heard. He asks questions and many of them so that he can asses our problems as thoroughly as possible. He gave us exercises and stretches that actually have HEALED my son's back. Please keep in mind, my son does these exercises and stretches on a daily basis because he is an athlete and never wants to feel the discomfort and pain again that he was previously experiencing. He is currently working on making his knee whole again with exercises and stretches that Dr. Curtis has recommended. It's only been about 1.5 weeks and already there is much improvement. MUCH improvement. Go see Dr. Curtis. Follow his instructions. Feel better. ^_~

My therapists were Jeff Gaich and Robin Dal Santo and you can tell they both love what they do and it shows with each interaction I personally experienced and the ones I seen with their other patients when I was there. Their office space was clean, played great music and had a warm feel to it, which works because their staff treats you like a part of their family. Corey, who works the front desk and also assists the therapists, was a joy to be around and when a death in my family suddenly occurred she was very caring and understanding with me rescheduling my appointments towards the end of my rehab. When I arrived after that, Robin, Jeff and Corey showed me compassion, concern and helped me stay positive through that hard time. They are truly a cut above the rest. If you're going to see Dr Primus you have chosen well. He is a very knowledgeable, friendly and…read morekind doctor. He listens to your concerns with care. With Dr Primus & team please bring up all the issues you have in order for treatment to be successful. I came for my knees I believe I slipped and fell when it icy out onto my knees, maybe 4-5 years ago but I didn't break anything. My knees finally had it and started to buckle after exercising last spring. Dr Primus performed surgery on the left knee which gave me the most problems. The right started feel the effects of overuse so I received a steroid injection. My surgery went well I was able to maneuver on my own without crutches within 5 weeks. Trust when I tell you that the recovery is painful but you'll get better in time. Trust the process with keeping up with appointments PT and doing exercises at home. PT team is all that, always attentive to working my knees using equipment and body calisthenics. You don't wait for them normally give precise appointments so you're not rushed but again let them know how you are feeling and all issues. To care for yourself after will aid you in recovery. A 9.5 out of 10 for me but be prepared to wait for Dr Primus. He is very skilled, attentive and trying to help out everyone. For the most part people are willing to wait to wait for him. Bring your patience when choosing Dr Primus, you will wait some times but he is so worth it!!! Before coming to CSO I previously went to a center whom I shall NOT name and they were not attentive. They played with my health and pain, that was a NO go for me, I took my injuries, my money and found Dr Primus. Such a shame as I would've liked to continue to go there just be careful they will tell you one thing to get you in the door and then you're on the line for $100s of dollars.

I then had to drive all the way to palos in record time for them to ask me to reschedule, even though I arrived maybe 10 minutes after my appointment time and it was a scheduling error on their behalf. This has been the most awful experience start to finish dealing with these people and I will NEVER be back. I would rather deal with an untreated broken knee than deal with this trainwreck.

I had always been someone who loved hiking daily, riding my bike, and staying active, but over the past year I had to give up so many things I loved because of the pain and limitations. When my doctor finally referred me to physical therapy, I honestly wasn't sure it would work. But I committed to the process -- I went three times a week for a little over two months and followed all of my home exercises -- and the results have been life-changing. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she was amazed by my improvement. I can now ride my bike for an hour, walk for over an hour, and I'm reaching my goal of 10,000 steps a day on top of my bike rides! I still remember when a five-minute walk was painful, so being able to do the things I love again feels like a miracle. I have to give a very special thank you to Kim, who answered my first phone call and immediately showed the genuine care and compassion that sets this place apart. Her customer service and kindness made such an impression. I also want to thank my amazing therapists Josh, Angie, Joe, Colleen, Rae, and everyone else who helped me along the way (I apologize if I missed anyone or misspelled a name!). The entire team at Joint Pro is truly heaven-sent. I'm emotional just thinking about the difference they made in my life.
