Every time I turned around she had him on a different medication and was diagnosing him with some kinda problem on top of problem. He was on so many different medications it was making him physically sick (her constantly changing the doses didn't help either). The one and only time I went with him she was rude as hell to me. She came into the room (after taking forever) said hi to my husband and then turned, looked at me and rudely asks "who are you?" I of course told her I was his wife, her response? "...Huh" . She doesn't even dress professionally either, when I saw her she was in a pair of jeans a freaking t-shirt (I understand wearing sneakers so that didn't bother me). When I called back they first said they were too busy and would call it in, and then the rep acted like the pharmacy may have lost it, and hence it was not available for pick up because the pharmacy didnt get it. I told them the pharmacy cant fill a sciprt they dont get and to call it in now. They left a sour taste in my mouth.

When I said the name of the dispensary, she said "is that off the street? That could be it." Then she immediately said that "because of my pain," she could not treat me. She did not examine me for more than a minute. I told her several pieces of information about my health but she did not listen to a single thing I said. She could not even repeat back to me what was said, it was like she was pushing me off because I smelled like weed which is NOT quality care. Absolutely disgusting patient care and what a terrible professional. I would recommend that everyone else go to a facility that respects you and your health. If I would have listened to this "professional" about me smelling like weed and that being the problem, I would not have found out I needed to have my gallbladder removed. Thank goodness I left there and went to the ER.
