Seems like just when I THOUGHT they were correcting wait times (when in reality I was just lucky enough to have booked their first appointment after lunch) - they forgot to put my prescription for birth control through. Rite aid looked to see if it was sent to another rite aid. I also called CVS because I utilized them for this pill years ago until their distribution got rid of it - but ironically now has brought it back. But I knew for the last 4-5 years that rite aid would fill it for me - but didn't know if it was put into cvs as a mistake. It wasn't put in ANYWHERE-period. They ended up (the pharmacy) faxing this office 4 times they told me. Each time it was denied- and the reason the pharmacy stated it was denied was because they told the pharmacy "I wasn't a patient." Odd, since I checked in on here and was there for my 1 pm yearly. So evidently they don't even know who they have as patients now. That's a problem. Not to mention, their "refill line" which is a farce - I gave a heads up to...early that morning, to be looking out for a fax. Whoever is working their refill line (it's a message system so you can only leave a message and they listen to it) must be lazy imo, because how is it that you can deny a prescription refill 4 times when faxed based on the excuse you state to the pharmacy "not a patient here." The minute I called their patient advocacy line in Worcester and told them I'll call the insurance company and tell them not to pay them since a ghost must have went to that 1 pm appointment- so if I'm not a patient- why should they get paid, then the RX went right through. So just know, if you don't have the earliest appointment you can get or the ones directly after lunch - you'll be waiting a while - and additionally know that when your prescription was not faxed in the day you see them, and the pharmacy figures they'll fax them for you - that instead of filling it - they'll claim you're just not a patient. This is their office staff that's messing up with overbooking and not even caring who is a patient on their refill line for pharmacies/patients. The RN I see is wonderful. The doctors I heard are great. Sadly their reputation is going downhill due to the way the office in general is run.

Dr. Jacobson treated my wife for five months of a high-risk (twins) pregnancy. We never felt rushed or intrusive when working with him. He treated us as his only patients in the world and he always gave us all the time we needed. He is a warm and very funny man, in addition to being a fantastic OB. Here's an amazing story: On the night my wife was expected to deliver after a 30-hour labor, Dr. Jacobson was scheduled to be off duty. My wife was so upset by this news that she actually broke into tears at the prospect of Dr. J not being there to deliver our twin girls. The doctor immediately canceled his personal plans and stayed with us through the healthy vaginal delivery. That's the kind of personal touch you just don't see very often these days. The nurse Leigh is super friendly and also answers all questions with kindness and patience. With such an awful fear of doctors, I'm so glad I found such an amazing place for prenatal care. They sent her an email with my information, and told me to expect a response the next day. I never received a response. I called every day for a week asking for an update, and every day the answer was that she hasn't gotten around to her email yet. Eventually, I called another practice that scheduled me *on the spot* for an 8 week ultrasound the following week, and an 11 week in office visit with an award winning highly regarded doctor.

Terrible management. I waited in pain for 2 weeks, but today my appointment was rescheduled again. Managers don't send reminders. How important it is for a woman to solve her pain problem in a short time, and not wait 2 weeks and it's not a fact that you'll see a doctor. They will schedule an appointment for you and you will never know until they call you and tell you that you missed your appointment. Complete mess.
