The dryers barely function properly and the lint traps are so caked on, they would have to be soaked to come clean. The bathroom is a nightmare and the waiting area is filled with disgusting, shredded and stained furniture. What a shame. These owners obviously have no pride in their ownership and this faculty shouldn't be allowed in this condition in such a beautiful town as Shelburne Falls. A real shame.

I printed up the groupon for 40 lbs of laundry for $20. Heaved my laundry into my car and headed down. They open at 7am so it was really perfect before work to get those clothes off my mind. Weighed in at the intake and a nice woman said she'd call me when they were done. I was new so I left my phone # and address on a sticky note at the counter. The whole day passed and I never got a phone call. Late in the day before I left work, I figured I'd give them a shout. A different girl answered and confirmed my clothes were done. No call. but hey they are done! I got there and they had already put my clean clothes in a laundry carrier to make it a litle easier to get outside to my car. Because I had gone over the 40 lbs ( yeah tons of clothes it was embarrassing almost) Easy checkout, processed the groupon without any issue and they have a tablet POS system so you can sign with your finger and get an email receipt!
