That's the very definition of an out of order dryer - if it doesn't dry, then it's just a machine that tumbles wet clothes for your amusement. To top it all off, two women who I assumed worked there had their GFs get into a verbal catfight right there, quite loud and disruptive. Cops were called by one of them, no arrests made, but trashy nonetheless. One of the (I assume) managers working there seemed to have intimate knowledge of all machines in the place, but there was no warning that we were wasting our money on a bad dryer. I drove away to run an errand, came back to her telling me my clothes were still ice cold and not dry at all. Wonderful. Great. Ridiculously high prices for a place that doesn't even have completely working machines throughout. Not coming back here in a hurry.

Left a note in the box, put a note on the dryer that it doesn't work and went to the office, but no one was there. Called the number listed, left a message and no one bothers to call me back. Have contacted the owner by email and get no response, have filed with the AG office and found that another laundromat is about 1/2 the cost for washer and the dryers are cheaper and get a longer amount of time (and actually work). Never going to this one again!

I put all this in a concise, polite note that also included my contact info, yet in those 23 days there has been NO RESPONSE. I have now left a second note. And am now doing my laundry in Athol, at least till this matter gets resolved. I don't care so much about losing $1.75, but I do care about being ignored as a customer. So the laundry won't reimburse me a measly $1.75, but then loses a regular customer??? This seems to be a stupid move for a local business to make. I really hope the matter is resolved soon. As I said, it's been 23 days now! Once it's resolved I'll remove this review, as I've had no issues till now.

When we picked it up we noticed a funky smell but figured it would pass. After about a week I called and asked about it. Two days later they came to my house and took the rug back for a round two cleaning. At no point did anyone question our claim and only were respectful and kind. We tried talking to them during the process, but they were rude telling her to tell me to go in because a modesty panel was not doable. The seamstress that did my wedding dress made one beautifully and even added a zipper. Other places make them all the time. They are a low-skill alteration fix. The dress was fixed as best as possible by my new seamstress who is near me. Thank God I didn't bring them (Joshuas) my wedding gown! As you can see in the pictures, the dress fit crooked and the modesty panel? If you could call it that. Anyone could've done a better job. Overpriced and horrible work. Save your money!
