Our usual laundry was closed so we decided to stop at this facility for the first time. It was nice that this laundry was open until 10pm on Christmas eve. The facility itself had a good number of washers and dryers, but some of the washing machines had a weird smell and the floors were covered in some trash from previous customers. The other annoyance was that the detergent dispenser was broken and you needed an "extraction tool" to get it out. That being said, this facility got the job done which was nice. Being open so late on a soon to be holiday was nice and we were happy to get the sheets washed before our guests arrived.

They usually get marked as out of order if they're broken, so the driers dry, and the washers wash and rinse. (If you've ever been to a broken laundromat, you know the heartbreak of one of these steps failing.) They used to have an arcade machine here, but they have two skill games instead, a vending machine for drinks and food, and a soap center. This place was closed for years during the pandemic and is now open under new management. Very courteous staff. Ware is lucky to have this and its other laundromat open as both were closed for a period of years during the early parts of the modern pandemic era, at the beginning of COVID-19 SarS Retrovirus. Maybe the laundromat can also sell washer machine cleansing packets, or other desanitizers like Odoban. The laundry vending currently only sells a bag, dryer sheets, detergent, fabric softener liquid, and Oxi-Clean. Front and side entrance.

If you choose to do your own, there are a variety of sizes of machines available, and they use a prepaid card system rather than coins. Bring some bills, insert them in the machine and you get a card which you then swipe in the washer and try to start the machines. Betty keeps the place clean, and she's vigilant to make sure the machines are in good working condition. The Bucket of Suds is open every day from 5am thru 11pm, and the doors lock automatically at that point.

Things of note: -The owner is in here most days cleaning and checking on things, so the property and machines are well taken care of. -The owner has his phone number printed on a pink card on every machine and lives nearby so he is available to expeditiously fix any issues that may come up. -Only on one occasion did I have an issue with a machine (it didn't drain the water from my clothes so when I opened the machine, they were all sopping wet still). I remedied this by just tossing my clothes in another washer and giving them another cleaning. I never experienced this issue again and have been there countless times since. -The machines only take coin (quarters) but there's a coin machine inside so bring your cash! -Plentiful seating, laundry baskets to transport clothes from washer to dryer, and folding tables. -The laundromat is reliant upon one ceiling fan to cool down the space so during the summer, it can get pretty hot. If you plan to stay while your load washes and dries, plan to bring a book and a cold drink then go sit outside on the steps outside to enjoy the breeze. Nice, helpful owner, clean space, well working machines... all in all, a good place to do your laundry! ($3.25/wash; $0.25/5min on the dryers)

Its not just cleanest Laundrymat I've been in, the owners are amazing! We had a fire this past September, she helped us get the smell out of someone of our clothes we were trying to salvage to help us feel more comfortable. We soon found that the owners are absolute gems. Though they're always happy to take care of cleaning or washing things, they also have given me great advice over the years about how I can launder something at home, saving me money I would otherwise have paid them. The staff person was extremely helpful and patient with me. He helped me with the machines because it had been a while since I've been to a laundromat. The interior was overall incredibly clean. They have a TV area with seating and a separate lounge area with seating and snacks. As expected, some machines were out of service, but I estimate 80% were fully functional.
