I was in need of a good massage and decided to take him up on his recommendation and booked an appointment with Cheri. Holy Shit. Cheri is sent from God. She is quirky, fun, professional, and highly skilled and qualified. In fact, this was the best damn massage I have ever had. At $90 and hour, Spring Valley Spine and SportsCare is a little pricey compared to most venues. However, at $90 an hour, you can rest assured that you will receive good bang for your buck and walk out a brand new person. I would highly recommend Spring Valley Spine and SportsCare for massage therapy. Give Cheri and call and she will NEVER disappoint.

I decided to give acupuncture a try for several concerns, (physical - like a swollen foot, and psychological - depression and addiction, not to anyone thing, but the whole going back for more and more, type thinking) back in March of 2015. The first visit was a look, talk, and explanation of the process and what I was looking for. This was not any big reveal of any kind,. I started out with three session over four weeks. Then went to twice a week for close to 10 weeks and am now going once a week with plans of twice a month, then we will see. The entire process brings about subtle changes, that if you are not really paying attention to yourself, you may miss, and some are more noticeable. During each session I have discussed each of the areas that brought me to acupuncture verses a health food store, a gym, a masseuse, or some other process starts off with repetition and eases up over time.. I am very attuned to what I eat and what I should not be eating, nothing new, but the relationship through acupuncture is which organs need to be in balance with which other organ. My energy level is higher and I feel happier, which ties together with libido, less stressed and vulnerable to this simplest of misinterpretations. I am more focused, and do not have such over bearing cravings for sweets.

This woman is a crook on top of the fact they told my mother in January, they were no longer in network with so my mother called and asked them what insurance they were in network with. They gave her an insurance to call which she did after one visit they said we are no longer in network with them THE DAY OF HER VISIT SHE DIDN'T EVEN GET A WEAK HEADS TEXT MESSAGE REMINDER SHE RECEIVED A WEEK BEFORE WAS TO REMIND HER THAT SHE HAD A APPOINTMENT! my mother takes care of her disabled nephew and her own teenager that has mental health issues on top of her mother who has dementia and now we worry about her having a seizure and the least thing that this could have besides having Chris Cantu get on the phone and talk to my mother like she was a dog after being a patient since 2013 was give her a referral to a new doctor. That was the least she could do and they have caller ID. They answered my phone number but they did not answer either of my mother's all day long and they build my mother's insurance that they claim they are not in network with on the 23rd, but they did not refill my mother's medication which will be reported for fraud on top of a bunch of other things. I am leaving a poor review here, as the office and billing have become a thorn in my side that I will not allow to continue without saying something about it. I have been overcharged multiple times. I have had payments that I made to the office at time of service, get dropped from my bill and invoice actually increase from the already inflated invoice amount. I have made many many calls to the office, and left voicemails, yet be completely ignored. The communication is a one-way street, because the invoices are quite conveniently sent to me via text, email, and regular mail. Multiple calls are left unreturned even after one successful connection where staff escalated to the billing manager to review my concerns. No call back. I am having to resort to sending a certified letter in order to get anyone's attention. Let's see how that goes. Health insurance companies and poorly run medical offices like this, give this entire health care industry the bad reputation that it has, while the consumer/patients suffer the financial consequences. This should be an absolute embarrassment.

Filled out the form online, then got a message saying my records weren't available with no explanation. -Called 2-3 times to talk to someone at front desk - no answer -Called and left a message directly for Dr. Evanson's staff - still no response after 3 weeks (as of today) -The office cancelled an appointment on me (that I had scheduled months before and was driving into Plano from out of town for), and asked to reschedule for a day that I wasn't sure I could do. -When I did move forward with needing to cancel the rescheduled appointment a month later, there was nowhere to cancel the appointment in the portal. It said you had to call to cancel. I called 3 times and nobody ever answered. Ended up having to try to message through the portal to cancel. Never got a response that my appointment was ever successfully canceled (shocking). Please avoid until the office figures out how to actually communicate with their patients.

I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I wouldn't have believed it had I not watch my 14 yr old drill team dancer go from pain and misery in her hamstring to almost fully recovered in just 3 days. I swear I know this sounds crazy but it's true! After finding this place, as our second opinion, I can't even imagine where we would be had we not looked elsewhere. Thank God a good friend reached out to me and told me about Dr. Eidsvig. The other place, a sports Ortho in Mckinney, basically treated us like cattle and didn't even bother to try and get to the root of the problem. The Ortho gave us a completely different probable diagnosis and wasn't interested in trying to heal her - all they wanted to do was load her up with anti-inflammatory meds and put her through 2x a week physical therapy for 4-6 weeks and said she would be lucky to be dancing in four weeks. Upon our first visit with WB Sports and Spine the doctor immediately knew what was wrong with her was very thorough and got to work right away - he did one round of dry-needling which wasn't that fun for her, as dry needling usually isn't. He also did a series of manual scar tissue break up techniques in the affected area and her leg extension went from barely reaching 83° to 120° extension right in front of my eyes! She was a little sore for 24 hours but already had mobility and less pain. When we went back for follow up 3 days later her leg extension is now at 132°... No dry needling needed at this time only manual scar tissue break up for her nerve adhesion in the glute and hamstring. Yay!! My daughter will be back to doing what she loves most and dancing full time with her team in two weeks and more importantly she is pain-free and happy as a clam! We are so thankful someone bothered to take the time and tell us their testimony and encouraged us to see Dr. Eidsvig and his staff immediately. He got to the bottom of her injury and helped heal it! ZERO medications too! Bonus** The staff are SO friendly personable and you get the feeling right away you are in good hands! We feel SO very blessed we found him right away and didn't end up going through several doctors and places like so many others have.

He told me that what I needed for my hip and hamstring tear was "personal training", when I could not run without pain. This medical opinion was incorrect, as determined by my orthopedic specialist and other physical therapists. Jason knew he just did not have the specific industry expertise, clinic space, or equipment to *appropriately* finish rehabbing my advanced near surgical-level hamstring tear. Many times in the years I saw him for my recurring spine issues, Jason was intrusive in my communication with my doctors to suit his business networking objectives. I have seen him make patients cry and lose his temper on his staff. I would avoid him and his practice at all costs.
