I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. Saw the chiropractor Mike; I had back pain and foot pain and said that I was uncomfortable with having my neck adjusted and didn't want neck touched, but Mike he said he could only fix my back by working on my neck. I wish I had said been MUCH MORE FIRM IN SAYING NO to the neck manipulation which told Mike I did not want; as now I have a headache for the last several hours & my back doesn't feel any better, he never did any kind of back adjustment. I've been to other chiropractors and paid $45 or $60 and came out feeling better & completely treated in 1 session. Mike. I don't know what his doctor name is told me he could only fix me if I came back 3 or 4 times for roughly $180!!!! The name who processed me on my receipt is Jonas so it might be dr. Jonas or that might just be the cashiers name. I would've come back and signed up for weekly sessions if chiropractor had helped any --- I've NEVER been to any chiropractor where I didn't get my back fixed or made better in 1 visit when it was in pain. I felt violated by having had my neck manipulated which I didn't want when I had asked for not to be. No means no; but I felt cajolled into doing something I feared doing (neck manipulation)(which, if you read the waiver they have you sign /the waiver says the neck manipulation may cause a stroke!!) so I didn't want to do it. My back feels no better; & I've had a headache since I left. No means No - I let this guy Mike pressure me & convince me that my no meant that he should convince me to go ahead and let him give me a neck manipulation because that's the only way he knows how to fix a back!!!.... well, my back is no better, but I do now have a headache for the last 6 hours. You can learn from me & AVOID a place that doesn't care what you want... He did nothing for feet pain so I'm guessing he doesn't know how to adjust feet. Tomorrow, I'll go see a REAL Chiropractor who knows how to adjust feet & back & wont twist my arm to do something I WANT a doctor who's caring & who KNOWS how to treat & fix a back and work on the painful areas rather than make the areas that aren't in pain painful so they can try to upsell you. I'll go somewhere that they will adjust my back; & feet for back& feet pain & not my neck! Don't waste your money at this place. It's a scam. But maybe it's a good thing. He didn't fix my back because I would've signed up for weekly deals since it's close to where I work; all the other chiropractors have been like 15 miles away from me..
