Dr. Jeff was able to help analyze the issue to be linked to rotator cuff due to incorrect posture. My first visit included an initial assessment, heat treatment, some light exercise with an ultrasound. Afterwards they put together a plan for my workout to build strength. Throughout my visits they always challenged me while also ensuring I did not aggravate my pain. Because of the professional and friendly environment along with knowledge and willingness to work an individual-based plan for me, I steadily progressed with each visit. I was able to progress nicely and regained strength and close to full function. We assessed my function, pain level and abilities of my shoulder each visit. His passion and overall intelligence on the subject matters relating to spine care were clearly evident. With over 30 years of practice experience, my confidence in the treatment was solidified. I can't say for sure if the care provided to my son was the sole reason we are in a much better place with his overall health, but I can confidently say it contributed to where we are now. Soon after, I began to seek care for myself. I had given birth twice in a matter of two years. And now a year later, I am carrying both children at times - a near 55lbs of "extra" body weight on my small structure. It is only a matter of time before my body begins to give way, so I went about this self care of chiropractic care as more of a preventative measure then a reactive one. I am now nearly a month into my care and can honestly say I feel the difference and look forward to my SUPER quick visits- literally minutes in and out. He also deserves extra credit for being endlessly patient with me constantly forgetting the exercises 30 seconds after he showed me and asking "wait... how many reps again?" because my ADHD brain and numbers are apparently not on speaking terms. But seriously, Ryan always made me feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the whole process, and thanks to him I'm now pain free. In my experience being treated, he is personable, dynamic and very knowledgeable. Motive takes pride in offering personal care and 1:1 relationship building with each client for continuity of care for duration of treatment. The rhythm of each PT session is 15-30 minutes of hands-on manipulation or treatment, and then oversight of PT exercises. Tyler juggles hectic schedules with multiple patients ensuring everyone receives proper care each visit. My treatments were at both the Berwyn office while being stood up, and at the Frazer clinic. Both of the clinics are hygenic and kept up to date. There is some free weight gym equipment, "cardio" type machines, and tons of traditional PT accessories for treatments/exercises. I have been able to offer input to my progress and observe Tyler offer ways to pivot treatment as needed based on my needs and next steps. Tyler has also been an advocate for my care with physicians or insurance providers, and following up as needed on diagnostics to inform PT care. I am very appreciative of physical rehab/therapy services Motive provided me. I absolutely recommend them and would come back again. My context as a patient is someone who has periodically sought out PT over 10 years at various style clinics...large practices, boutique chains, and single proprietor offices.
