The receptionist failed to inform me that they are only in elkton on Mondays, so what do you think happened on my next visit? I show up at the elkton office . I called elkton and they were very apologetic and was able to get me in the Bel Air office with in an hour. Upon my arrival at the office everything went as normal I was called in the back after only waiting for 15 minutes, vital signs were taking and a bunch of standard questions. I had to wait to be seen by the PA, which wasn't a problem. I waited for 45 minutes only for him to enter the room in a disarray and act as if he didn't remember anything we discussed during my first visit. I thought that was one of the many reasons for computer documentation. Long story short. I ended up leaving the visit early and very upset. He left me in the room saying he'd be back. I could here him chatting a way with a male coworkers about something not pertaining to work as if I wasn't in the room waiting. Word of advice Dr. Lee, train your staff more effectively. You just lost me as a patient.

He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He explains exactly what his goals are for YOUR health, but listens to your every concern and makes you feel important. Willie taught me the exercise known as the Pelvic Tilt which is a life savor. My wife has problems with bicep tendonitis which he is currently treating her. She is getting better and better after each session. I also had bicep tendonitis and it does not go away overnight. It take a while. Also the staff is is very courteous ans will work with you if you have to change an appointment!
