I am still a patient there for therapy for leg pain. Everyone there is helpful and nice. I have several health issues and if I am not feeling the very best, they will change my therapy to a slower pace that lets me still do therapy! The Greenfield ATI is very busy but the therapist will help each other by starting another therapist's patient so they can start their therapy on time. The care was fine. The billing is garbage. They made my husband pay every time he came in for services and then lost one of the payments in their system somewhere. Called them when we started getting bills and sent proof of payment in the form of my bank k statement.....3 TIMES!!! Even went to the local office to try to straighten it out but they didn't help me either. Now they've turned me over to collections and I'm having to go to my bank to get transaction IDs to prove that they have my money. I would 100% NOT recommend them because any services they render are not worth the headaches of fighting with their offshore billing company. I'm filing a formal complaint with my insurance and will be telling any medical providers I use not to refer patients there. Also filing a formal complaint with the state licensing board and the Attorney General's office because this is theft plain and simple. I should not have to provide anything more than the bank statement showing the payments to them and I should not have to deal with them at all since I paid directly to the Greenfield location. If they can't keep track of posting payments correctly, they shouldn't make patients pay at the office. Overall horrible experience because of the billing fiasco. So just an update. I did speak with someone at ATI "Corporate". The young lady who I spoke with stated that they had an escalations department and that she was reviewing and sending a message to them as we were speaking. Sending it to Stan. Additionally she stated that "He will call you within 72 hours". Typical of what I have found with API, no call. But I did receive a letter which was sent to a wrong address, who ever had wrote the envelope did not copy the address correctly. Once I received the patient chart info as I requested I found that the charges compiled are in fact not correct. And I can provide information showing this. They billed for several events (CPT Codes) that did not happen and the timeline does not even add up. Everything was billed under Christina's license and she is the one who be reviewed with the actual staff members who created the chart note and charges. Both of which have certified the charges true (Attestation). I tried to have the chart reviewed and gave them a chance to rebill the charges correctly but the letter I received doubles down. I wonder if the young lady who did my second visit remembers going to the desk and helping out with the computer for 6 minutes, or me mentioning that I was documenting and timing the visit with my phone since I was not comfortable with the way the visit was going and that the first visit had gone so wrong so quickly. Specifically compared to the doctors order. And yes, I do have a copy of that order as well. CMS which is Medicare, has several programs related to over billing and erroneous billing. From a couple of people who use to work there as well as previous patients, it is my understanding that this is not uncommon but we will see. All I wanted was a phone call and basic patient care follow up and follow thru. Christina and her crew let me down at the facility level and the company as a whole was let down by Stan. But as a Medicare patient, it's my duty to report charges and facilities that may be excessively charging Medicare and or any government payor system. read more

The staff at ATI Greenfield Indiana is above excellent! They worked with my schedule, my rehab after the surgery was very detailed and ATI nailed it. I had 4 different therapists during 23 sessions and not once did they miss a beat. I highly recommend these fine young professionals to anyone who is recovering from an injury.
