ITS ALWAYS THE POOR, INCOMPETENT/RUDE OFFICE STAFF THAT KILLS IT FOR THE GOOD DOCTOR …read more... emergency visit. had a horrible ingrown that needed a nail evulsion. saw the doctor, he was fantastic, made my way out of the patient room to the front desk counter *** AND SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED a total of what my (patient responsibility) was. I was given $100. I paid it. Should have been the end of it. Several months later, I start receiving a bill stating that my patient co insurance was not met. I call, I speak to the nitwit in charge of billing and she states she will rebill. Thought it was done. Today I get a phone call from this incompetent woman who is supposed to know how to understand insurance billing, co-pays, and co-insurance. I told her (for the 3rd time) that when I stood in front of her after the appointment she ASSURED ME that she reviewed the co-insurance requirements and that I was all set. TWICE. Today I had the disgusting experience of also dealing with their repulsive receptionist Danielle who thought it was better to hang up on me than get her mgr.

If you want a doctor that's going to coddle you or looks at you as their next Lexus payment, this is not the place to go. If you are looking for pain med scripts or are trying to score an Adderall script this is not the place to go. But if you're willing to go in and talk to the man and get to know him, he is very hard to beat as a primary care physician. He will tell you like it is, he doesn't have time for games, and if you want a strong partner to help you get your health care on track he's hard to beat. He's been one of the best doctors I've ever had. Yes the waiting room can get busy and you have to wait sometimes. And while he's got some great staff working the counter he's got one or two up there that..well they suck. Call it as it is. Billing is handled offsite, and dealing with insurance is always a pain in the rear. I've had one or two billing issues here, but in the end all of them have been resolved. I'm not a patient person, I hate waiting, I hate doctors, I hate insurance, and health care in general has helped me earn my Ph.D in Procrastination. But it's worth the hassle to see Dr. Tran and his staff because when I get sick he gets me and my entire family on my feet fast. When other docs couldn't figure out what was wrong Dr. Tran took time to ask the tough questions and got results. Quite frankly I would not be here today if it wasn't for his attention to detail and asking good tough no BS questions. 4 Stars. Earned over 2 years of visits an positive medical outcomes.

Someone called me to change my appointment from Friday 9am to Thursday at 10am, I get here at 9am, because I knew the wait time, the check in lady is rude Andean because I told her I have an appointment, and I don't want to reschedule, I don't how any other free. It's always only one doctor at a time. This doctor is close to me and I don't have a car, once I get a car, I will be changing doctors because this is so bad. Everything about it. I have literally been calling for two weeks my 11 year-old son needs physical therapy for six weeks. It's going on the second week and I still haven't gotten an appointment for my son who needs six weeks worth of therapy. I've called several times and on the prompts you have to hit that your new patient trying to schedule an appointment. A voicemail comes on stating that I need to call them during their business hours 12 o'clock in the afternoon one something two something three something for something I believe those are all their business hours so I decided to get up and go to the office, of course they're open when I walked in. The young lady was talking to a young man laughing and giggling then she asked me what was I therefore, I told her she told me have a seat that she was doing something and she'll be with me in just a moment three people walked in check them in to get therapy. I said there for 15 to 20 minutes still no appointment so I got up and left. I will take my business somewhere else.

I spoke with my primary physician and she referred my to Dr. Lee at Desert Orthopedic Center, just to be sure that there wasn't something else going on. Making an appointment was super easy. They called me immediately after receiving my referral and I was shocked that they were able to see me within a week. These sorts of medical offices usually have a long waiting list. I was signed up for the portal and told that some forms would be sent to me or I'd have to be in 30 min early (instead of 15) to fill out said paperwork. I got a few emails but never any forms. I arrived more than 30 min early because of this. I didn't get called up to do my paperwork until the time of my appointment and it actually wasn't really any paperwork. The person at the desk asked me questions and I signed two forms and we were done. Although my appointment didn't start on time, I didn't have to wait long once called back. Everything was quick and efficient and friendly. I loved how everyone gave their names and explained where and why and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee was great. Informative and helpful. He gave me options. I chose the cortisone shot, which was done right there in office. The office is large but clean, not as modern as other places but that's ok. I'd definitely recommend this place and will be back if any other issues arise.

Reception was wonderful. The person who took me back to do my x-rays was very sweet and the girl who did my x-rays was very patient with me because my arm and shoulder was in such pain. Even the girl who took my information in the room before the doctor came in was super friendly! All that changed when Dr Huff came in the room. The man does not listen. He basically discredited how I was feeling and told me it was not my shoulder but my neck. That's totally fine that he was able to let me know that the pain I was feeling was actually coming from a pinched nerve in my neck. His delivery was awful. My adult daughter was with me, because she drove me and when we walked out she said that guy is such a jerk! His tone was condescending, almost mocking. I would never recommend anyone to him, ever.
