But then there's the billing people. I paid my bill in full and later got a notice saying I still owed. I figured it was faulty bookkeeping and they would catch it soon. Months later, I got a phone call letting me know this was my last warning before I go to collections. Collections?? For a bill I paid?? I explained that I had paid. So I was told I needed to find copies of my cancelled checks and email them. This was no easy feat since they are all on my bank's website. I found them and emailed the copies. I was told thanks and that their bank made an error. Ok. Good way to pass the buck. Due to that, I will look elsewhere next time I get a random injury.

From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. They had no answer when I asked what the therapy regimen would be! So I asked around, and was told "John Ash is the only physical therapist I would see in town" - by another medical professional. I was nervous, but started with P.T. First right after surgery. I couldn't have chosen better. Every session helped restore my movement and while they were tiring, they NEVER hurt. I was using my shoulder the first week! I later learned ATI would have just literally handed me a lits of exercises and left me with an "assistant." For the same money! Then, I received a bill in the mail for over $150 that I now owe to Kennedy Chiropractic. After discussing with their Billing Department, I was instructed that it's because I hadn't met my deductible yet (which I was fully aware of). Then she informed me that I should have known to tell them on my first ever appointment with a chiropractor that I didn't want to go through my insurance because they charge a client less based on this arrangement. They never discussed how much and initial consultation and respective treatment was, told me I owe nothing, and now won't work with me on the amount owed because it's not their problem. I'd recommend going to the three other chiropractors in the area before checking out Kennedy Chiropractic Center.

The space is clean and well maintained, if not as new or fancy as some locations. There is ample lot parking available.
