My doctor is Dr. Thomas Green. I like is patient side mannerisms. I know he listens to my concerns. Since my complex right shoulder surgery, my previous pain is gone. My pain is now due to my recent surgery. Per Dr. Green shoulders take time. I will say he was correct. I am feeling much better. Only time will heal. I also want to mention his nurse Emily. Emily is the best! Any concerns I had about my surgery, paperwork or meds, Emily was ready to listen. I really appreciate the attention Emily gave me when I had concerns. I highly recommend this surgery center. I also highly recommend Dr. Green and his staff.

Because of my bad experience, I rate them as 1 1/2 stars. Further, their website states "that most customers are generally dissatisfied". It also comments that they have ".... mixed, often poor reviews regarding administrative services". And ".... patient complaints include include long wait times and poor communications". My sad story follows: in Oct., 2025, I received knee shots for my arthritic knees by Dr. Schroeder, who did an excellent job. As per practice, the nurse scheduled me for the next appointment in 6 months. The interval is necessary to maintain pain free knees. However, the appointment date was rescheduled by Rothman 2 more times, making the interval time 6 1/2 months in which my knees suffered during the "extra" 1/2 month. Consequently. I sent a complaint email to President Alexander Vaccaro on Apr. 14, 2026. Although no reply was received from his staff, the visit on May 4, 2026, experienced retaliation by the Chalfont staff. First of all, I was not taken "in order of entry" following the Kiosk application. Next, D.O. Edward J. Rosero, unlike all previous times in which I sat on the table with legs dangling, had me lay down on the table in a method that has not been done before! That is, for my right knee, he did not inject the ORTHOVISC in the front, right side of the knee but instead, into the rear, right side of the knee. Ditto the left knee. The pain in my right knee continues and did not seem to be effective. Was the shot retaliation? On May 11, 2026, the last of 3 consecutive, weekly shots were administrated by the D.O. & the right knee is still experiencing soreness! I hope that such does not continue for the next 5 1/2 months, when the next shots are received. Anyway, Rothman will NOT perform the service then because I am going to another, non Rothman doctor for the shots.

At the first visit/exam, Dr. Gearhart diagnosed the problem and started treatment immediately. My son felt considerably better after that first visit and was back on the mound after just another 2 visit and pitching pain free. I am an avid weightlifter and I wanted a PT who was familiar with weightlifters and could get me back in the gym. Sam was able to help eliminate my back pain and learn new techniques to manage nerve pain all with the end goal in mind of getting me back into weightlifting form. Sam had a great plan in place in order for me to meet my goals and was able to address any questions or concerns I had during my journey. The CoVid-19 precautions that PTW had in place were outstanding! Everyone must wear masks at all times and the equipment is meticulously cleaned after every patient. Commonly used machines like the treadmill will have signs on them that say sanitized to let people know it has been cleaned before their use. PTW and the therapists are going above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable during these CoVid-19 times. The number of patients in the facility will vary depending on the time of day but everyone has more than 6 feet between them. Most of the time it was just myself and Sam in the facility. I felt great after the first session, and over the course of a couple weeks the pain is almost completely gone. Halfway through I also mentioned I had neck pain, and they began to treat me for that too. I didn't have to pay anything extra as it was all covered under 1 copay. The number of patients rehabbing at a time can vary, but usually there were only a couple others in there with me. The staff always makes time for you, answers all of your questions, and keeps an eye on you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Now a month later I am pain free! Would highly recommend to check them out if you have any pain, need to rehab, or just want to get in better overall health.
