For the last visit, I was told that I had to pay $100 to continue seeing them as my deductible wasn't met however when I called my insurance, I found out that they never billed it! So how is my deductible going to be met if they are not sending the bills to be processed! My insurance was shocked that the office had charged me up front! After I insisted the office to bill my insurance, they finally did for the last couple of visits and come to find out that my insurance paid most of it! I decided I was not going back!
