Upon arrival to the clean and serene facility, I was greeted by the pleasant receptionist, Cindy. Cindy set me up with my first appointment and gave me the option of going to the Joliet or Plainfield clinic. I choose Plainfield since it was a straight shot from my home. I was scheduled with Dave, who was actually the owner!!! Can you believe that?! The owner actually provided me with care! That was a huge deal to me! No Big I's or little u's mindsets going on here! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in his practice. Since my therapy was a lengthy 3 month period I was also able to work with Sarah, she's so cute and tiny-- but don't let that fool you!!! She's strong and makes her stuff!!! I also got to interact with Nolan in passing-- he does elite training. EVERYONE I encountered was very friendly, professional and knowledgable!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am happy to say that I am able to jog again!!!! I am totally a believer in physical therapy now!!! I obviously had to reschedule at the Naperville location but couldn't get in for nearly a month later. The receptionist at the Joliet ATI was SUPER helpful though and cancelled and rescheduled everything for me from this location.
