It's one thing to cut you off, be insulting, or not answer your questions, but a temper tantrum about MRI results was the last straw. Apparently, he wants your results on one CD, and don't you DARE to bring him 3 CD's! Then yelled at me how he HATES CORWELL HEALTH- like it's my fault. I was told I needed to pick only one CD for his review, because he doesn't have time to look at all of them. How am I supposed to know? He was angry at me that I went to Niles to get my MRI. Since I went to Niles last fall, it is good to compare the them, but Dr Drew didn't care. I was upset & crying, and he decided to discharge me from his practice. As I was leaving, crying, I told the staff what happened, and Dr Drew told me to leave or he'd call the police. I was in SHOCK at this treatment. My primary physician was told about this & he said I needed to report him for verbal abuse & inappropriate behavior. I intend to do just that.

I refer countless clients of mine to this facility, as well as friends of mine. As a behavior analyst for children on the autism spectrum, I highly recommend the quick, yet absolute quality care that my family receives, as that is what I want my own clients to receive medically. I have never had a bad provider from this location. One provider specifically, I ALWAYS hope to get is Dr. McBride. Hearing he no longer works at the clinic is absolutely disheartening. The compassionate care he provides to my family, in some of my most vulnerable moments, is priceless. This facility has lost the best provider I have ever of having the privilege to be treated by. Maintaining quality care should be a top priority of health care systems, and I am confident that unfortunately, this facility will suffer due to this disservice to the community.
