The second part of the year I saw a physical therapist for a very painful frozen shoulder, again they keep building you up adding new stretches and exercises to keep you progressing, they expect you to do streches at home as well to speed up the recovery time. I went 3x per week for about 3 and saw little to no improvement. Ended up leaving because it wasn't making financial sense for me anymore!
