My original appointment I did have to change as I could not be home so I rescheduled for today. Had an appointment at 9:30 this morning. Received a phone call at 9:15 asking if I could text pictures of the security system. Received call back and was told it's an older system and I would need to spend $500-$800 for a new system. The system when I moved in was working so obviously I did something to make it not work. Just wanted it fixed not a new system. Was told I would need to call ADT. I asked a dealer or direct. Robert said "Direct and good luck with that". If all I had to do was text pictures then why would I set aside time in my day and juggle other things reschedule if you don't send a technician out as requested and discussed? I would never use this company. Robert was short and rude. DON"T USE THEM! See Robert's reply below. He is correct in that I'm not a paying customer and now NEVER WILL BE.
