So, I called two days ago and spoke to Kurt about the speakers and inquired about them accepting trade-in speakers. I figured they wouldn't because I purchased them a while ago from a different dealer, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Kurt informed me he'd need to ask the owner and call me back. As I stated that was two days ago, and I never got a call back. I just called again and Kurt informed me that he "handed it off" to the owner and he was supposed to call me, which never happened. I guess the $7,500 (before tax) I was going to spend to simply pick up a pair of speakers means I am not worth the time it takes to make a simple phone call. Luckily Crutchfield carries the same speakers for the same price and they are quite interested in my money. I wanted to support a local brick and mortar store instead of an online behemoth, but unfortunately I cannot think of a reason to support such poor customer service.

Once we connected via social media and text, he was extremely responsive and he scheduled quickly the work to be done a few days later. Today 1/21/2025 he arrived, setup my network, configured it, taught me about the app that controls it and worked to make sure the installation was clean, neat, and the wiring / cable management was done well. We still have some additional pieces to finish, but are waiting on a back ordered product. So as promised, I've updated the review accordingly based on the work done today.
