I saw Dr. Cayla Conway, who is a great physician. Very informative, very open and approachable. She was very interested in my opinion about the orthotics and what I wanted out of them. I appreciated that. It took about 4 weeks for my orthotics to be created from the plaster mold, and once I got them, I had a few concerns about their designs. Instead of Dr. Conway making me make another appointment to see her, she told me to come by the office and we went over my concerns and made a game plan to adjust the orthotics at no cost to me. 3 weeks later, I picked up my orthotics a second time and they worked great! While Dr. Conway is a great podiatrist, she only has hours at the Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia on Wednesdays. She splits her time at other facilities. That basically means if you want to see her and there's an issue, you'll have to wait until Wednesday. This wasn't a huge problem for me because I was simply picking up a product. Located right at the corner of Commerce and Clairmont, the parking lot here isn't huge, but i've never had an issue finding a spot. The interesting thing that i've seen many patients have trouble with is finding the front door. It kinda blends in with the walls and doesn't immediately look like a door, but just look for the knob (silly to say, but i've seen more than one person walk from one side of the building to the other looking to get in). Really enjoyed my time here and enjoyed Dr. Conway's great service!

DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I returned for a follow-up and experienced the worst service…read moreas well as an attempt to overcharge for services. I believe in paying for services rendered, however between Dr. Wilder inflating the visit and the office staff speaking and carrying on in an unprofessional manner, responding to my questioning with "take it up with your insurance", I am taken aback. I asked simply what is the copay going towards and why is it an additional $217 dollars for a follow-up visit that discussed a test result? I should have walked right out when the receptionist began our interaction with "let's get that copay taken care of" with no eye contact. Back to the inflation of services...I phoned my insurance company in the midst of the back and forth of me not accepting that we discussed more than to two "chronic illness" calling for the visit being "extensive"; a code was mentioned that would bill this service. Dr. Wilder and I spoke of two conditions, treatment for 1; and they tried to say 3 or more, so I gave the code for 2 or more conditions to the insurance provider on the phone in real-time as the back forth was happening. By the way, I asked if the receptionist could hold on with my hand raised for a moment while I give the person from my insurance the code and she then said I put my hand in her face. Now she inflated the interaction. I told her that it was not my intention to offend her in that way. Continuing with the information from my insurance provider, the code that they said would cost me an additional $217, the insurance relayed that it is covered under the copay and no additional payment should be required. However, they continued to ignore this from my insurance provider and it concluded with they will bill my insurance and I will be responsible for all of it. I continued the conversation with my insurance provider after leaving and she explained that it does not matter how many diagnoses we discuss, an office visit falls under a $45 copay for my plan. It was very unpleasant and dishonest. Just code me and bill me for honest work. Don't try to pay all of your bills with one office visit.

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.
