At the Alpharetta office, In April of 2022 before the buy out, I purchased a package for 4 treatments (2 for each leg) for $599.00. I went in Jan 2023 for my last treatment of the package. This was AFTER the buy out. Now they sent me to collections for $349.50 for the Jan. treatment, and say they have no record of the payment, and my FSA payment receipt is not good enough. Also, for some reason with that latest treatment, I didn't get the great results I had rec'd prior. It was very painful after, and a lot that was treated are still there.

I was totally confused! I wasn't a walk in , she just told me that my appointment was cancelled by the office in error!?! when i continued to question her she told me that she wasn't going to argue with me. She was clearly confrontational when i walked in the door! so she tells me that i need to wait for the receptionist to come back from break. so my son and i wait. the receptionist was very pleasant and we were escorted to the exam room, then i hear the head nurse Yevette talking about me and my son saying that she didn't want anyone in her face and asked her co worker what was we there for and we need to go. She then comes in the room minutes later slammed the door behind her and only addressed my son about why he was there . The employee was very unprofessional and should not be in a position to deal with patients. if she does not want to work let someone else do the job who will appreciate it . i'm positive that this is not the only complaint that she has received.

This is one of the most clean and proficient hospitals I have ever been in. I was there waiting…read morefor my girlfriends surgery. They give you a buzzer which is what keeps you updated through the surgery wait. The buzzer makes it easy for them to discretely let you know that you are needed at the front desk for an update. Normally I am a germaphobe but this hospital was so clean (at least on the surgery side) that I had no issues with feeling like I was covered in germs. The inside is well lit, especially after the sun comes up. There are plenty of plug in outlets for phones or other technology. Lulu's Cafe has some great food that is not overpriced. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was huge. I was full for over half the day. The cafe offers a lot of different options. There is an older gentleman named Paul who walks around asking if anyone needs anything or has any questions. He was there when we went in for post op and there when we were waiting for the surgery. It's nice to have someone to offer assistance when you are stressed, waiting during a loved ones surgery. The short stay rooms are clean and the nurses are very understanding and kind. My girlfriend ended up being the last patient on the hall but they never got pushy. They let her wake up and accomplish her goals to leave as she felt like she could. They are very attentive. If they tell you they will be back in ten minutes, they will be back in ten minutes. Everyone was friendly from the front desk employees to the nurses and anesthesiologist.
