First off, check out their filtered reviews! They are all really valid and I'm confused as to why…read morethey are hidden off of their main page. I am so happy I chose this cab company. I called around to a few companies the night before my early morning flight and was told by them all I had to call 1.5 hours before I wanted to leave at 6:30am for the airport. That meant calling at 5am, and I sure as hell would not be up that early! When I called Atlanta Taxi Cab Service, I was happy to find out I could make a reservation and then not have to think at all the next morning to make a phone call when my brain surely would not be functional. The driver arrived exactly on time in the morning and was professional and courteous. Carried my very heavy suitcases for me. He didn't talk on the phone nor slam on the breaks at any part of the ride. It was such a cozy, peaceful ride in the Town Car that I didn't want to get out and deal with the airport rush! He said upon return if I need a ride I could text (no need to call!) and say my flight # and door # that I would be at. They would track my flight for me to make sure they are there to pick up at the curbside at the right time. Now that's service! It is about $10 more than you would pay for a yellow cab but you're paying for peace of mind AND the rate includes the tip! No need to worry about calculating the tip and taxes and service charges and all that. I paid a flat rate of $55 from Edgewood. Makes flying a tad more enjoyable.

Prick. Your company sucks. Update to review after Atlanta Taxi Cab responded: Andrea is lying. She doesn't even know who I am because their representative never spoke to me beyond this: "NO. We have no car for your area [BAM - HUNG-UP ON]" That was their "respectful" service to me. Their response is a lie, and they are full of sh*t. There was no explanation. Sorry, you still suck.

I am absolutely disappointed with SafeRide for several reasons. The fact that their offices are not…read moreopen early enough to assist patients when a rideshare driver cancels a trip makes them completely unreliable. You literally have to wait until their office opens just to reschedule a ride, and by then, you've often already missed your appointment. I had booked a round-trip ride for my doctor's appointment on April 21st. My pickup was scheduled for 7:45 a.m. because I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment at Emory University Hospital. My driver was literally one minute away and on the corner when they suddenly canceled the trip without explanation. I had to wait an entire hour before SafeRide opened so I could notify them that the driver had canceled my ride. However, the app still showed that I had a return trip scheduled from Emory back home. Since I never made it to my appointment, I asked SafeRide to cancel the return trip so it would not be deducted from my account. I suppose because of a language barrier with the agent, who was an outsourced representative for SafeRide, they failed to credit the return ride back to my account, leaving me with an odd number of rides remaining. I only receive 24 rides per year through United Healthcare. I have called several times asking SafeRide to credit that ride back to my account, and every outsourced agent told me they would take care of it. Yet none of them actually did. As a result, I ended up with only one ride remaining on my account instead of two. When I requested an override so they could book a return ride for an upcoming appointment, they told me I had to contact United Healthcare for additional trips. I contacted United Healthcare, and they told me I had to contact SafeRide. So basically, I've been sent around the mulberry bush by both SafeRide and United Healthcare because no one seems to know what they're doing, and no one is willing to take responsibility for correcting a mistake that should have been resolved the very first time I called. I am exhausted with the customer service from both SafeRide and United Healthcare. Ninety percent of the time, you can't get a United States-based representative on the phone. Instead, you're connected to outsourced agents in other countries who often struggle with English, and even those who speak it well frequently fail to fully comprehend the conversation well enough to adequately assist you. This is not just frustrating, it is unacceptable. Patients who rely on transportation to receive medical care should not have to fight this hard over a ride that was never even used. I am tired of this.

I was very excited when I heard about this service. They said on their site, "Also available for…read moreout-patient medical and dental procedures." That was intriguing to me, because I live alone and have no one to pick me up after a medical procedure. But then I noticed that their hours only begin at 6:30 PM! No one has medical appointments at night! So what good is this service? Why would you announce that you even offer such a thing?

VERY PISSED OFF. 9-16-26. On business in Atlanta, GA. I requested an UBER from my hotel to the…read moreairport. On the app I allowed actual location tracking of GPS to precisely find the pickup location for me. Booked it. Initially with a man named Remi / DAU4556 / Blue Toyota Highlander. As I'm waiting, I see that he is going to a location miles away called "Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW". HUH? I was at the Signia by Hilton Hotel. I called Remi and told him I think there is an issue, I'm not sure where this Abernathy Blvd. is but I am at the Signia by Hilton Hotel. He stated ok he could come pick me up there...HE NEVER ARRIVED. And I got charged a $10.00 cancellation for that of which my account has no record of it NOR A RECORD OF MY BOOKING WITH HIM. How did that happen??? Anyway, I looked at the Uber app and I see that I have now MAGICALLY somehow been assigned a Robert / DGF4908 / Kia Carnival. And, that he is heading to the wrong location as well i.e. Abernathy Blvd. So, I start texting him stating I DID NOT AUTHORIZE HIM, DO NOT GO THERE. I told him that if he wants to pick me up he has to come to the Signia by Hilton Hotel. He informs that is not in his area. I told him to cancel me since I didn't authorize him and he's going to the wrong location anyway...he told me he can't... I have to cancel. HUH? Why do I have to cancel and get charged for a ride I never authorized to begin with, with Robert? So now I'm confused, late, pissed off, and trying to figure out what is happening. Uber has tweeked their app to BENEFIT UBER and leave the rider little recourse to defend themselves in being played/victimized not to mention it is confusing unless you have used it a lint. I have not. So, SHAME ON UBER on being so one-sided. So, I cancelled and of coursed got charged for that as well. Now, it is 40 minutes later....I'm in a bind for time. Out of desperation, I try Uber one more time. Since, I don't trust their GPS, I manually put in my location and I get a driver by the name of Jamie / DDP5370 / Toyota Grand Highlander WHO WAS FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND GOT ME TO THE AIRPORT. Thank you JAMIE! Now, a day later I'm wasting my precious time again, trying to figure out how to educate Uber on their flawed system and how it abused me and then left me defenseless all the while charging me money for the experience and trying to figure out how to get refunded my $10.00 first cancellation fee from Remi, of which I never cancelled and there is no record in my Uber account, just on my bank account. And, how to get refunded my second cancellation fee from Robert of which it is at least shown on my Uber account. That amount is $10.57. Final thought. This Robert driver, the second one, told me he is not allowed to cancel, ( I have snap shotted the text thread to prove it) rather the rider has to cancel. If that was true, then how did I get cancelled and magically willed to him by the first driver this Remi dude with whom there is no record in my Uber account, just a charge to my credit card? UBER AND LYFT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED FOLKS!
