I had a confirmed Atlanta Airport pick-scheduled for Sunday evening. On Saturday evening I received an email stating my pick-up had been cancelled. I called the dispatcher and he claimed they didn't have a driver available for my pick-up. They made no effort to find an alternative ride to get me 45 miles home from the airport. The dispatcher gave the impression that it was perfectly acceptable to cancel a pick-up and didn't seem too concerned that I had trusted the car service to get me home after confirming my reservation made several days earlier. I would say EXCELLENT. We have used Carey Atlanta several times. The limos, SUV have been spotless inside and out. Complimentary water provided. Our drivers have arrived on time and loaded and unloaded luggage. They have been professional and have engaged in conversation when we have asked questions. Their driving has also been professional and careful. Our last driver, George Ratiani, met all of these standards plus we enjoyed talking with him. We will use Carey again and highly recommend them. read more

On a business trip and the coordinator arranged for this firm to pick me up from ATL airport. Driver - well dressed, unfriendly, and didn't know the city. I asked him how long it would be, and he had to look at his GPS. Dude, we're going to a hotel in downtown. You should have a general idea on how long it would take (with or without traffic). Car - Older black town car with old magazines. Had a used napkin on the floor of my seat. He opened the door, saw it, and did nothing. Should I tip? Sadly, my manners tell me yes. read more

Used Carey Limo for the first time yesterday to & from ATL for a 5 am pickup at our house and then a return at 9:00. Both times the driver was there before the designated time. A neighbor asked for a referral for a limo company and I was surprised to see Carey get so many bad reviews. We have used Carey for years now from Kennesaw to the airport and back. Always terrific service, great drivers and always on time. We've come to know George so if he's available we always ask for him. I will recommend Carey to my neighbor.....they do their best to get you a last minute ride or a change in schedule. And many a night have long waits for delayed Delta flights. Driver (Mr. Johnson) I travel a lot, and my family travels a lot. One of the scary parts of travel is the delayed flight in the middle of the night and can you "trust" the care service for a flight arriving after midnight. Next, the passenger is a family member. Well the results are in 5 out of 5. The flight was scheduled for 1 am and arrived after 3 am. The driver waited, the app worked, the company delivered in every way possible. They failed on both to and from the Atlanta Airport. From the Airport, they changed the pickup arrangement at the last minute and left me embarressed in front of my team of 14 with confusion. Two days later, the show up for to the airport with a van for 8. We again had confusion. They did manage to get us to and from, but not impressive read more

More and more of Carey's cars are having air fresheners in them. I hate that smell. Makes me nauseous. And their reservation app has poor usability. The service is otherwise fine. Those problems are a major nonstarter for me. I'll update my review if they fix the smell problem. read more

Our surly driver had "instructions printed out" telling him not to pick people up at Terminal F! This just happens to be the international terminal at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport, that's all. He demanded that we carry luggage after an 11 day trip thru Italy up stairs or escalators BACK to an upstairs exit because he "didn't want to lose his permit"! Since hundreds of people are picked up an hour there, AND I asked a cop if she had any knowledge of this crazy notion, I have no idea what his thinking was. It took 3 calls to the company to get an answer and when we complained, and the company was just as strange as the driver. read more

I cannot recommend Carey Limo to anyone. I contracted with them for their 20 person minibus for my son's Prom. I contracted them 3 weeks prior to the date and had several confirmations from them the week of prom and the day before. With less than 1 hour before the scheduled pick up time, I received a call saying they were not coming, the driver had a fender bender. I asked what solution they had for stranding 20 kids minutes before prom. The representative had none. I suggested that since they were a limo company, they get 4 other drivers into 4 of their other cars and drive the kids as contracted. He said he couldn't do that. I suggested he call Uber to drive the kids, he said he couldn't do that. As of Monday at 2:00 no one from Cary Limo has reached out to apologize or to rectify the situation. read more

If I could give zero stars I could. Husband arrived on a late night flight. Car was at the airport and no driver. They couldn't find him. After 30 minutes he took a taxi. I would not use them at all. I have never had such bad service. It is just unprofessional. read more

We use Carey to deliver us to and from the airport once a month, on average. We have been very pleased with their service. My husband left his jacket behind during one trip to the airport. They had it waiting for him the next time they picked us up. read more
