I have been living at Hanover Buckhead Village for 8 months and they never miss a day disturbing the slumber of the residents in this neighborhood by polluting the air with the loud noise. Living in a high rise magnifies this unnecessary disturbance times 10. They are not blaring their sirens and hitting the horn 20 times to go save someone's life they are doing it to go eat breakfast with their co-workers. Have some respect for the neighborhood and the residents who have to live here! You don't need to disturb the neighborhood early In the morning just because you feel you can wait for the lights to change to go and do nothing. Every morning my dog starts barking and most mornings my baby is awakened crying from this recklessness and I have had enough! I will update my review after I get recordings of this daily disturbance from my apartment which is on the corner across from this fire station to provide proof of this nonsense.

This is exceptionally helpful as the station is located right in the heart of Buckhead on Roswell Road amidst many watering holes such as Rio Grande, The Red Door and East Andrews. 4) A fantastic bench underneath a huge live oak tree if you just need to rest a moment before stumbling the rest of the way home (not me, for the record, but my best guy friend has been 'discovered' right here on this bench many a night after a few too many at the Red Door! :)

So a large, clean gym with classes and affordable prices is a blessing! I finally had a work out. Despite the humid pool, the workout area was comfortable. One TV was set to the "Groove" channel so songs such as "Rock Steady" by the Whispers were about as old as the equipment - late 70's, early 80's. My last gym (Decatur YMCA) had new equipment but at $67 per month, membership at Beulah Family Life Center is less than half the cost. And with the exception of a row machine, BFLC has 75% of what I need. The cardio machines are pretty basic - a few bikes, ellipticals, treadmills. But the dated Lifestyle machines and free weights are enough for a full body workout. There's spray and paper towels to sanitize the equipment before and after use which I appreciate and an employee was making sure everything was clean. The gym is open weekdays until 8:45 pm, until 5pm Saturdays. Considering the clean, spacious workout area, free parking, fun classes like ballroom, economical cost, heated pool with showers and locker room, it's definitely worth joining!

I started my application online, received the 'next step's which made the in-person process quick & efficient. Marcus B. was the Clerk who assisted me with his jovial & welcoming demeanor. He provided me with all the necessary information before he swore me in & asked if I had any questions. The $50 Notary Fee for the four-year term must be paid by money orders, company checks & or cashier's checks, no personal checks. Plus, you will need two endorsers that reside in DeKalb County to vouch on your behalf. If you're lucky to find a parking space in the small lot located in front of the Courthouse, you'll pay roughly $3 an hour via ParkMobile. Free parking is available in the parking deck located at 125 West Trinity Place in the rear of the Courthouse. Or save some money & time by riding MARTA to the Decatur Station, which is adjacent to the courthouse. The lady helping me allowed me to make a call and have the missing paperwork emailed over, saving me another trip. I would have never expected that level of accommodation in a government office and the kindness genuinely saved me so much stress. These women (and the officer running security, he was lovely as well!) are literally rewriting the reputation of "the dmv" one resident at a time and they deserve all their flowers!!! And probably a raise!!!

I called the branch to confirm the protocol for follow up with recruits and their parents in which I had the pleasure of having SS Griffith answer the phone. This and every interaction with SS Griffith were informative and professional. If SS Griffith was not able to answer my call, he always sent a reply letting me know of his availability, or he would ask me to send my question via text and he ALWAYS responded. My son's departure date was July 14 and thanks to SS Griffith I was able to relax knowing my son was prepared. The only uneasy experience I had was the DEP, which had nothing to do with SS Griffith as he kept us informed with the progress. I just wish the wait was not as long.
