I was waiting for 5 days and decided to come to talk to the supervisor. Also, I wanted finally complain about other people's mail delivered for some reason in my mailbox, I kind tried to say that it could be a problem that my mail was delivered somewhere else. She listened and in a moment came a guy, young athletic. He never introduced himself, started to tell me that I should not talk to him about this issue, rudely interrupted me a several times. I asked for his name and why he does not wear a tag or badge, he said he is going to call police. I think he heard my accent and decided to get rid of a Karen who came to complain. Well, I left and I filed a complaint..not about my missing mail but just attitude. I just wonder is it a new normal to yell and treat someone with police when someone came and ask to do his/her job. Still confused about what happened, it feels surreal, go to ask for mail and suddenly be arrested by police because a tall athletic guy got scared of an Ukrainian girl. Also, wonder if I were a man or not Ukrainian would it still happen?

Multiple times I have dropped a package off inside of this post office. The prepaid label was never scanned. Recepient never received the package. Once it is in the back and doesn't get scanned you have no recourse other than filing an insurance claim which only works if the item has been scanned by the PO. DO NOT trust them to scan your packages. Unfortunately you need to scan every package at the kiosk which sucks if you have a lot. Even when I've had a receipt there have been instances of my packages disappearing! I believe this post office has a theft problem.

There's a machine when you get in that you want to use to get a ticket printed and assigned. It's a quick process to get that. The ticket has a number and that's the number that will be prompted for you when it's time to go up to an employee window. The facility is also clean.

I was involved in a hit and run and had to wait for an officer to come and take my testimony so a report could be written and you can claim against the person that hit you (their insurance). This was all made possible because I quickly jumped out and took his license plate. By the way, the office I was talking to on 911 also told me that had I left, I also could be charge with leaving the scene of an accident. I was very impressed with the quick response of the officer that showed up to take the report to the investigating officer that is responsible for find the guy that hit me. The only negative besides being hidden behind several twists and turns, was that I found was the computer system seems to be down frequently. It may be because of the new location. I haven't given up, and I hope to get my police report soon!

My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.

Parking for Roswell City Hall was plentiful. The city hall building is beautiful, both inside and outside. It's so picturesque that it's been used in multiple shows and films, according to one of the security staff members whom I spoke with while going through their security procedures at the entrance to the building. We went upstairs so that R could pay his fine. The payment counter had clear plexiglas separating the clerks from the customers, and communication was loud, since the clerks and customers used microphones and loudspeakers to communicate. Yes, all communications could easily be heard. The clear was professional, courteous and efficient, and we were there for about three minutes. Great experience!

The gardens were a charming setting for the intimate ceremony. There were 8 tables (10 chairs each) on the grounds and another 4 on the wrap around porch. The guests (with the exception of the immediate family who sat in two rows at the front) just sat at their tables to watch. The band set up in the gazebo closest to the parking lot. I have to admit that much of what made it lovely was the weather, and having it at 10am helped that.
