We selected Atlanta Glass Company because they responded quickly to our request for a bathroom glass wall and were very pleasant during the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated significantly during installation. During install, the crew forced the glass into place against the wall, which caused a chip in the bottom corner. At first, we didn't realize the full extent of the damage, but glass fragments were later found on the floor, creating a safety concern. Given the risks associated with compromised tempered glass, we requested a replacement. The owner argued that it was our fault, because the tile that the glass was supposed to bump up against was not installed, which is not true, when the glass was measured, the tile was laid on the wall to ensure that the fit was perfect. My husband also made note to ensure that the base of the glass was measured for the slope of the shower, which never happened, as when installed there was a gap at the bottom of the glass, and yet another comment that it can be fixed with silicone. An independent inspection confirmed the glass was structurally compromised and unsafe. The owner initially minimized the issue, suggesting it could be fixed rather than replaced. The company later returned to remove the damaged glass, leading us to believe a replacement was coming. They will also blame my husband as if he is a DYI guy, this man has been remodeling bathrooms and kitchens for 30 years and for the past 10 with the most reputable high end remodeling company in Atlanta. He is now retired, and after 30 years, I finally get the bathroom that I always wanted vs. his clients. So you can imaging, everything was handled more attentively than most contracting jobs. He has to live with the client :). I don't think that the owner appreciated the fact that he was just any client that he could lie to or yell at like others that posted their feedback. Instead, of fixing the problem and having a satisfied customer that could offer a lot of referrals, we received a text message the next day stating they would not complete the job and that we needed to find another vendor. Despite not completing the work--and after damaging the product during installation--they retained our 50% deposit. ($1200). No phone call, or reconciliation, or attempt to resolve the situation. Just a your fired as a client text message and we're keeping your money. Something they've done to others, if you look closely at other reviews either on Google or Yelp. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend confirming how installation damage and disputes will be handled before moving forward with this company. BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had found the reviews on here of so many people who experienced the same treatment I just got. After four months, the glass door started sagging; the wife told me on the phone "no problem, this happens sometimes, its an easy fix" then her husband the owner came out, would not take responsibility said for me to read the warranty. I just listened to his abusive rant for 4 minutes telling me off and saying he doesnt care what I post. Wow. The man is literally mentally disturbed and nasty. Prices are low because quality sucks and they treat customers like garbage. Stay away. I will probably have to file a lawsuit. read more

I use this 3 years ago when I was renovating my house. We were renovating for approximately 2 years before we ever moved in. We move July 10, 2023. Wehave been using the shower for 1 year and 2 months. Last week when we close the shower door, there was a loud bang. It had hit the other glass door next to it. I called to inform them it needed an adjustment and they told me it would be $280 for them to come out. I already paid $1800 for JOB. I spoke directly to the owner and he was very nasty, telling he doesn't work for free and my wall must have fallen not the shower door. The company shows their true colors when their work falters and they don't stand behind it. Of course, nothing is going to happen during their small window of warranty until you actually use the doors for a period of time. I'm super disappointed and do not recommend this company. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. Amir is the most volatile business owner I've ever met. Ended up with me cussing him out and him saying he didn't care what I posted online. He would not take responsibility for dropping the ball when he should have come and measured as he promised. The two-week delay was not acceptable so I told him we would find a more reputable glass company. He said go for it. Clearly this guy doesn't care about customer service or his reputation. This has to be one of the worst vendor experiences I've ever had. First they told me they didn't have the thicker glass more expensive option I wanted but during install the installer said they did. First red flag. They sold me a cheaper set of glass because according to owner Amir the heavier glass had too many warranty issue so they don't offer it even though in reality they do. One of the shower doors installed hinge keeps falling off. They are so incompetent they kept ordering the wrong hinge. It's been over a year with this issue then Amir tells me he's not fixing it. He has my glass door in his warehouse and won't return even the broken door. Getting lawyers involved even though it will cost me more in long wrong. Wrong person they messed with. Avoid this business like the plague. read more

I had them come out to replace a brand new shower wall that I wanted in clear glass. I asked for the same exact size and thickness. They quoted me and when they came to install, it was the wrong thickness and they bent all the original clips that were used from the previous glass. I have waited 2 months and keep getting the run around from Ashton as to why no one can come fix it. The glass can be pushed out and rattles. It's a 6 ft by 9ft glass. I am reporting them to the better business bureau as well as have attorney's involved due to a safety hazard. They were also supposed to removed the existing glass and they left it in my bedroom with a small child. Nothing to hold it up and thought it was acceptable to lean up against a brand new painted wall and floors. They scratched the walls, hardwoods and new tile in the bathroom. Do not ever ever use them! I have requested to speak to the owner on many occasions and Ashton gives me the runaround. read more

Let me save you $750 - hire someone else! The owner is rude and should be embarrassed by his work product. He sent a new person to measure for a home gym mirror wall. He made several errors when measuring. When the mirrors arrived, the installers and the sales guy all agreed, that it is messed up. However, I was told by the owner to "deal with the cuts of glass I received or they wouldn't be back out to finish the project". Their mistake and I am out my 50% deposit, $750. I wish I could post pics of the mess they left me with. Now I am hiring a real glass company, with good morals and a good work ethic, to start completely over on the project. I did get several other quotes based on measurements, and none came close to matching their price. let me start by saying the installation of the shower looks absolutely amazing. however the OWNER AMIR DEDIC has absolutely no customer service skills. We only wanted to discuss a discounted price with him since his company quoted us a 6 to 8 business day time frame in writing. they came out July 1st and the glass was installed today July 23rd. Amir never took the phone from his employee to discuss the price which they were told that we could have gotten the same results and probably quicker time frame for $200 cheaper from another company. Amir only offered $50 off $1,700 I relayed a message to ask him to meet me in the middle at $100, he said no so we suggest they take the glass down and we'd just start over with another company and he said if we refused to pay he'd SUE us. We tried to explain the money isn't the issue but customer service is. while I'm on the phone with the technician relaying messages back and forth, the installation guy gets a call and leaves WITHOUT PAYMENT. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. I call back to offer the check that was already written so the guy came back to get it. THE WORST!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. I literally cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend this company. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM to anyone. Stay clear of them. They assumed they knew what we wanted and described what we were getting as clear glass, had us sign off on "clear" glass without explaining that what they would be installing would make our white marble bathroom look blue, didn't even tell us there were options for a true clear glass and now are telling us if we want what we thought we were getting in the first place they are going to charge us not only for the new glass but also a removal fee of the glass they just installed and a service/installation fee for the new. The ONLY questions they asked us after seeing the stark white bathroom and measuring was how high and do we want a door. During the installation, we asked why the glass is blue - their response, "oh yeah, that glass has a tint. You have to request the ultra clear glass if you want it." Like we were the experts that are supposed to know about glass. The owner reiterated that we should have know what glass to ask for and it's our problem because we didn't. Aren't they supposed to be the experts. They also stated they've had this problem multiple times in the past with customers and haven't changed their practices to make sure it doesn't happen again. She emailed us that because other customers usually end up sticking with the blue due to costs to replace, they didn't bother to mention it to us. They are also now telling us that they are going to send us to collections if the balance isn't paid today (3 days after installation all while there is a known issue) AND to top it all off, the owner actually HUNG UP on my husband. Spent thousands of dollars on gorgeous white marble tile now we are stuck with $1500 blue glass because they assumed they knew what we wanted and aren't willing to do anything to work with us to fix it. Just aweful. Have never dealt with ANYONE so unreasonable and for the owner to just hang up on us because he knows he did wrong and doesn't want to face it - despicable! read more
