Stay far away from Apex! You can find quality windows and great customer service with another company because you certainly won't get it from Apex. We ordered 30 windows, 1 patio door and a single entry door in September 2025. When it came time for installation in January, 5 windows were mismeasured, another came in as a picture window instead of a casement (they installed the picture window which was cracked), and they mismeasured the patio door, it was too small. 1of the mismeasurements was supposed to be 2 casements with a transom. This is for a bedroom and they installed a large palladian window which is a safety risk as it doesn't open and it's against code. In March they installed some of the incorrect windows but they're still not done. I still have a palladian window in a bedroom, a cracked window and incorrect patio doors. My sales person has been no help whatsoever and the operations director is useless. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully they can get Apex to finish this project. read more

DO not use this company. Service after the fact is hands down the worst I have ever seen and we spent over 30K with this company. When it came time for installation 2 windows were measured incorrectly so they were not installed. One window has an 8 inch crack and was installed. I was told it would be replaced when the two mismeasured were installed. After multiple calls and no returned call from the operations center, I will be filing suit and a complaint with the BBB. read more

DO NOT use Apex for window replacements. We contracted Apex to replace over 60 windows and 1 door. On installation day, the door delivered was the wrong size, one window arrived broken, and one screen was ripped. Despite repeated outreach over the past six weeks, we have received no follow-up or resolution. The company has been completely unresponsive and demonstrates no accountability once payment is received. Their lack of support and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding Apex for window replacements. read more

We had 27 windows ordered through Apex with installation on 5/9/25. Five of the windows were mismeasured and reordered. The installers told us that it would only be a few weeks to get those ordered and installed. To this day (8/4/25), we have yet to receive an update from Apex on the last 5 windows to complete our order. I do NOT recommend Apex given the poor communication and customer service. All the promised call backs have not been returned. We have left at least a dozen messages for Angela in the Install department as well as messages left for the service department and requests online. I love my windows from Apex. They replaced my old one pane windows which were original on the house we recently bought. Now, I hear less noise from outside, there are less bugs and dust getting in, and my energy bill was greatly reduced. Bonus - these new windows increased my sense of security as the old windows seemed easy to break into. The sales process was informative. They talked through each component of the window and the time it would take for manufacturing. We had a couple hiccups - my rain glass windows in the bathrooms weren't rain glass to begin with. But they quickly moved into action to get that corrected at no cost to me. We had 22 windows replaced at our house, and 2 at our daughter's condo. Waited a week after installation to review. All are TRIPLE pane. We asked community and friends for recommendations. Due to high recommendations we chose apex. Low key sales, with good demo of actual window. We compared prices only on daughter's-- was 1/3 cost of other company that advertises constantly. Apex claims lower cost due to word of mouth only. 2nd person came by about two weeks later for exact sizing. About 12 weeks later they did an expert installation lead by James. Removal, replacement, installation, insulation and clean up went beyond expectations (yes I know that expression is generally overused, but not in this case). This is a GREAT company to do business with. First the product. Triple pane windows not only lowered my energy bill, but i live on a busy road and they just about eliminated all traffic noise. We paid Apex Energy Solutions to replace all of the windows in our house. We'd talked with a few other companies, and Apex Energy Solutions offered us a fantastic price for triple-paned windows. The explanation we got is that they don't spend the marketing money that some of their competitors do, and instead work at a lower margin relying on word of mouth to drive their business. If that's the case, I'm happy to pay it forward by recommending them to others. First, I'm not the only one in the neighborhood to have gone with Apex. They provided a neighbor as a reference, who seemed genuinely surprised that someone wanted to hear about their windows years after they'd purchased them, but gave me a positive endorsement. My salesman, Chad, seemed genuine and knowledgeable, and when I had questions on the day of the install, he was responsive in getting back to me and was extremely polite about reminding me of a conversation we had had. (The windows are triple-paned up to a certain size, after which they are double-paned due to the size/weight.) It's rare to have a large project go off completely without a hitch, and this was no exception. One of the larger pieces of glass that is part of the large window in the living room was broken upon arrival, and a hole was knocked in the drywall ceiling of my office, but it was all addressed in a professional way. The installation leads were happy to answer any questions, asked for anything I had an issue with and clearly want to make things right. While I wish I had every window installed today, I understand that things happen, and look forward to having the team come out and complete the installation as soon as the final window is ready. One thing that my wife said after the team was gone was she came over and told me all the places that had been cleaned out, including our garage and porch, where all the leaves were removed. There are install teams that talk about leaving a work site cleaner than when they arrived, but this team probably did the best job of any team I've ever had. This seems like a great company that really is putting the customer first, and while I'm writing the review before the final windows are in, my experiences with the sales team, installation team and the new windows that are installed make it easy to recommend Apex. While I plan to update my review regardless of the outcome, if you read this months from now and I haven't updated it, you can assume that's because the job was completed to my satisfaction, and that we're very happy with the windows and the work that was done. read more

I love my new windows from Apex Energy Solutions!! I was totally blown by away how immediate and noticeable the difference was when the crew slid the windows in the slots. Today was a sunny day so I could tell right away the difference. Using my old windows, my rooms would become hot by 10 AM on a sunny day like today and by 2 PM, I have to roll down the shades or risk letting my A/C run on hyper drive.
