Patrick does his best to explain, re-explain, and explain again why you need what he knows he wants to sell you; however most times I leave the conversation more confused then when I came. I was quoted a price for a door and side light from an employee who drew the diagram and put the price on it right in front of the manager. I came back two weeks later to pay for it and it was $200 more. I didn't argue or mention it because 1) I was on the phone (shame on me), 2) I totally forgot to bring the drawing of the quote and 3) I trusted that all employees would be on the same page. On the date of purchase, I was told "2-3 weeks out I would have my door." I know this for sure because I left there same day and schedule the installer to come 2.5 weeks out with a flexible 3 day window. I called two weeks later, no door. I called three weeks later, no door. I called 3.5 weeks later and got an attitude from the same sales rep saying that it would be an additional week. I drove up there a couple days later and took a picture of my door leaning against the wall. Still not put together, still no phone call with an update. I called today asking about the door and they said it will be ready this evening. 4 weeks later. I also asked about the price discrepancy and I was told "whoever you asked wasn't on the sales team, they were probably just an employee that doesn't know prices..." interesting. All and all, I wish there was another door place nearby but unfortunately there isn't (within a 15 mile radius).

Their quote was more expensive than the other two by about a few hundred dollars, but I went with them based on a few online recommendations. It took several weeks for the parts to be delivered. After the parts arrived, the crew arrived and did a professional looking but incomplete install because someone apparently forgot to order some parts (some clamps/hinges) that were needed to complete the install. The crew told me the parts would take a while to arrive. In the meantime, the office staff emailed me and mailed an invoice for the full amount. I pointed out that they hadn't completed the job, and they demanded 90% of the payment instead. I pointed out that our agreement was not for 90% of a shower, it was for a COMPLETE install. They repeated their demand for 90% payment. Fairly unprofessional behavior from the administrative staff: failing to order the correct parts, scheduling an incomplete install, then demanding payment before completion of the job.

Due to my hectic schedule, I had to reschedule my first appointment for measuring several times but they were very patient and worked with me. The guy that came to do my measurements was Michael McWilliams and he was fantastic. He always called to let me know when he was on the way and he was very quick and efficient. When it was time for my second appointment to install the actual mirror, Michael and one of his colleagues showed up and flawlessly installed the mirror in less than 30min! I'm so happy I found Drexler and I highly recommend them!

Two of the projects are BASIC (framed shower doors and a glass replacement in a French door), the other two are complex. I was told they would have a quote in a few days. I was in a situation where I was holding up my sliding glass door because it had fallen off the railing at the top floor of my deck And I just tried and tried and couldn't get it back in.
