I was unfairly charged an estimate fee that the merchant's website states should be free. I called the merchant to get an estimate for window glass replacement. Over the phone, they informed me there would be a $125 charge for the quote. Believing this to be their policy, I agreed to pay. A month later, I still had not received the quote. When I called the merchant, they said they don't email quotes and that I was supposed to call them to get it. They claimed to have called me several times, but I never received any calls according to my phone history. They reiterated that they only provide quotes over the phone, which I find highly unusual and unprofessional. When I checked their website, I was surprised to see that they advertise free estimates. This raises the question of why I was charged while other customers receive free quotes. This feels like unfair treatment. Additionally, I never received the estimate I paid for. When I asked for a refund, they refused and blamed me for not calling them for the estimate result for a month. If they had told me that the quote would be free for others but not for me, I would never have agreed to pay. If they didn't want to work with me for any reason, they should have refused service rather than treating me differently from other customers. This business demonstrates poor practices and discrimination. read more

I had a leaking framed shower door and everyone said my best bet was to get a new shower door and go with frameless because they'd be more durable, longer lasting and less of a headache. Great looking glass shower enclosure, however it took them 4 times to get it right. First time the dimensions were incorrect (manufacturer's error) the next time the glass had a chip and the third time it had inclusions in the glass that were very visible. The forth time was a charm. At least they took full responsibility and did everything they could to get the replacement delivered asap. read more

My frameless shower door was installed Oct 2021 and it looks great. The process was easy, the cost was economical and I love the final outcome. The only reason why I didn't give a 5, is I ordered square hardware but they installed curved hinges. I was not aware of the change until after the installation. They could have done a better job communicating they weren't able to procure the square and asked if the curved could be used instead. read more
