I googled like anyone else, and luck was on my side when Eric answered. He was to my residence within 15 minutes from my call, and was very thorough in his service. For me the greatest thing was, they were unable to finish due to space, and emptied their truck and returned later that night, removed the rest of the "junk" and sent me a picture of the cleaned area, as I wasn't on site. Eric from this company answered his phone immediately when I called on Saturday. He was pleasant and reassuring on the phone and patiently listened to my request to get my storage unit emptied out ASAP. I sent photos of the items and he gave me a price over the phone. He set a time for the next day and when I arrived he had already pulled in early and was waiting at the gate. He was professional and efficient and even wrapped my couch so as not to damage it.
