When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I received a text stating our clothes were ready for pick up. When I picked them up I was greatly warmly and thanked again for bringing them our business. I felt valued as a customer. I was also told if there was anything we wanted done differently to please just let them know and they would do it the next time. So I decided to start bringing my clothes back here since I was again in the vicinity 5 days a week.
