I went in for dysport as my boyfriend purchased a Groupon for 50 units, which is all I have ever needed elsewhere. I'm only 40. The injector seemed very annoyed like she didn't want to be there. I told her my problem areas forehead and crows feet. She goes on to tell me 50 units isn't enough. I said that's weird, because that's all I have ever needed. She said you need to buy 50 more and it will be $205. I didn't believe her, but I did it anyway. I thought well 100 units I'm going to look amazing! She didn't even do my eye area and said that would be extra, like what??? It hurt really bad too and I had the worst headache for a week . I had no results from whatever they injected me with. This is not my first time getting dysport. They injected me with something else or it was extremely diluted. I waited 2 weeks to get full results and nothing changed. I called the owner and she told me unfortunately that injector no longer works with us. Ok, I don't care and that's not my problem. I didn't get results and I need to know why. She argued with me a lot and it's not how you treat a customer paying. She asked me to come in and injector working would fix it, but she wanted me to pay for more units! She said I really needed 150 Units and just in my forehead?? Like what?? I never heard this ever! Again I have had dysport before. I'm not new to this. I have been fighting with them and my bank for this $205 for 2 months! They already have the $100 from Groupon. Total I paid $305. I can't believe they are this shady to steal money from me. I will be contacting the CEO next and BBB. I'm concerned with what they injected me with. I don't like liars or shadiness. Thanks for treating me this way. I have come to all my appointments and paid full price and only had to cancel one time the day off when I was sick with COVID and she accommodated. I have put up with her being consistently late to appoinments, cancelling on me less than an hour to my appointment and last month she rescheduled me 3 times at the last minute for my appointment and even cancelled on me when I had already showed up and was waiting on her. Recently I lost my job so I wanted to move my May 2024 appt to June when I would start my new job. I rescheduled online like I usually do. She implemented a new policy and made no one aware that now to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have to call in or it won't count and you will be subject to the cancellation fee which is 75% of service cost. I let her know if am still going to be charged even though I rescheduled days in advance I rather come in then get a $250 charge and not be serviced. She still tried to cancel until I pushed back and insisted I still be serviced. After the appt I saw she deleted my email out of my customer portal so I would no longer be notified when they make transactions on my card saved on my account. It just gives shady and grimey business practices. I know she expressed that business has been slow but it is probably due to the economy and she said the new cancellation policy came as a result of them not trying to lose any more money. But strategy makes no sense if it is causing you to lose loyal customers. Overall I don't recommended because they will try to charge you without servicing you and charge your card with out your knowledge. It was nice to see a black owned woman business that you did not have to trek to the city for but her recent business practices are disappointing and deplorable.
