Install day they showed up a bit late but called ahead so that was ok. The two guys doing the install worked hard all day and got it done. They did leave some packaging material outside that I had to throw away myself but no big deal. The new furnace works great and is way quieter than the old one. My only complaint is it took them 3 weeks to schedule the install but I guess they're busy. Overall happy with the work and the price was competitive with other quotes we got.

He was on time and professional...clearly passionate about what he does..which was nice compared to others I had consulted with. He made several recommendations and even offered to help out with some other areas of my yard free of charge, granted, it was a small job (replanting a few trees I had in containers) ...but to offer that(or ANYTHING) free of charge these days is rare. We agreed to move forward on the job. He started on time and stayed late each day. He relocated several plants/trees for us, and took care of the container trees I had, also cleared out the old white rock and replaced with black mulch. The cost was fair, and the service was great. My husband and I were happy with the job and will definitely use him again!
