I was not too impressed with both items. The flatbread for the fish taco appeared to be old. I was also under the impression that it would be grilled and was not asked if I wanted grill or fried. I did NOT enjoy my experience or food at ABW. I was in the mood for wings and went here after seeing the high yelp and google reviews. I was prewarned about the service but was more so interested in the wings. The service, to begin with, was what would be expected at a Togo place such as this. We had to wait about 15mins for the food to be prepared. I was hopeful, thinking "well at least it'll be fresh". When we got the food. I was still hopeful. It was hot but wings looked a bit tragic. Just off appearance alone, I knew something was off. I wasn't wrong. The wings were fried hard, little meat, and the flavor wasn't there. The cajun rice was HORRIBLE and nothing Cajun about it. Pretty flavorful wings that weren't teeny tiny. A 10 piece will definitely fill you up. The french fries were nothing special at all, as they were crinkle cut, and tasted frozen/not crispy (I love my fries crispy). . The wings came with a dressing of your choice (Ranch or blue cheese) but no celery to use the dipping sauce with. Customer service wasn't bad, taking less than 10 minutes, and there are seats inside but it's a pretty small store. I saw most people getting to go orders. Located in the Strip anchored by Kroger, there's a ton of parking in this lot with multiple exits onto Lawrenceville hwy, including red light exits. Favorite sauces will have to be the Honey Garlic Pepper and Garlic Parmesan (noticing a trend?) and the Medium buffalo sauce wasn't too shabby either. The saucy wings can get a little too saucy for my taste, but I'd rather get too much sauce than not enough, that's for sure! Not a fan of the ranch sauce they provide, its watery, and... well, frankly it's not Taco Mac Ranch... Celery/carrots come free upon request. I was so disappointed today at this location.My husband and I went in to get some food to go at about 3:41pm. When we walked into the location no one was out front, but there was a customer waiting. Soon after we arrived, both cashiers came from out back. They told the other customer " he said he's not going to be able to do anything about it right now" and the young man thanked them and left. Right as he was leaving a another customer was enerting the store and apparently heard some of the conversation. She asked the cashiers" what did he want, food" and they both said yes! Once she received her food, shewent outside looking up and down the strret for him, I followed her. I told her, by the way they responded to him when they came from the back I didn't thinkhe had asked for food, because if I had known that I would have bought him something to eat! And the customer said, I know that's why I want to find him so I can get him some food. She walked on down towards Kroger looking for the young man, and I am not sure if she ever found him. I was soo disappointed today at this establishment because, these are VERY DIFFICULT times for EVERYONE. This young man went in there and politely asked for a meal, HUMBLY I may add! And when they couldn't give him anything he thanked them anyway and left out!! he didn't ask any of us in there for ANYTHING! When I found out that was what he wanted, it broke my heart!!! I thought " there but for the grace of GOD go I" I have 3 sons myself, and this could have been anyone of my children! And i pray that if they wer EVER in this type of situation, some one would have compassion and mercy to help them out! But... Atlanta's "Really Good" Wings - We got a Wings craving the other night and found this place on Yelp. I called in a pick-up order. They said 15 minute but figured it would be 20+. Sure enough, I got there 25 min later and waited less than 5 minute before my order was ready. We love the selection and you can mix & match as you wish. Definitely worth a try and we will certainly be going back! I picked-up one of their menus and am looking forward to trying other items from here. I guess the only issue we had would be that the "Celery & Carrots" that come with the order were pathetic for a (30) piece order. I heard that this place had great wings for a really low price and I had to give them a try. I'd still put Wing Ranch just a little above these, but they are definitely some delicious wings. I do know a few years ago the cashier changed and that was a HUGE loss. This place has no customer service at all.
