I ate here the other day and it was amazing. Great portions and friendly service. Pricing was acceptable and the flavor was impeccable.

It's a walk up window spot with the menu and a bell, when you're ready to order, ring the bell. The service is friendly and succinct. Non invasive and just helpful without asking when needed. The seating area is a mix between covered and uncovered, with a small speaker playing contemporary tunes at a respectable level. There are string lights above, and I can only imagine how beautiful this all looks at night. I'd read a LOT about their fish sandwich. That it is a good size helping. That it has a great light fresh vinegar sauce with thinly sliced carrots and other crunchy veg. The fish tasted fresh fried. And I have to say, this is the Best fish sandwich I have ever tasted. I only am upset I hadn't come much sooner. I will have to return, probably on a monthly basis for that fish sandwich. There are enough pictures out there of the sandwich. But I also had the Thai basil lemonade and it was a nice pairing. Not a waste of time, effort or dough. Just go.

I wanted to give this place 3.5 stars but settled on 3 stars because the cons outweigh the pros…read more Let me start with the good. This is a shack with parking up front. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are extremely clean. Staff is friendly and fast. Cons. They only have outdoor seating. Most of the seats are stools without backs. There were some flies and a wasp lurking in the patio. Fans were blowing away my napkins. When I paid in cash they rounded my bill up to the next dollar. Never had someone do that before. $34 for a cheesesteak, potatoes, and small drink seems to be overly priced at a take-out spot. It would be more understanding if you could dine-in or had waiter service. I ordered the Korean Cheesesteak with smashed fried potatoes and a Bourbon Peach Punch. The drink was tasty but really small to cost $10. It looked like a 6oz cup. I would prefer to pay $5 more for a full glass. The smashed fried potatoes were covered in a sauce and some of the best potatoes I have had anywhere. The cheesesteak was made with pork (also a new experience for me) and had plenty of cheese and onions.

And there's even a small and very cute shop in the very front. What we had was the lunch combo. The sandwich came with a side, cookie, drink, and fruit. It's such a good value and quality for what you get. The sandwich was simple but fresh and tasty. The medium bowl of soup had real body and was really flavorful. The cookie was surprisingly tasty and won't make you cringe with the sweetness level. And the fruit was fruit. There's nothing wrong or great to call out. The sandwich was superb. The soup was very hearty. And even the cookie was tasty. This lunch was pretty filling even sharing it as I had coffee already. Honestly the whole experience from the front, to the back, and even another customer experience was great.

Felt rushed as the line continued to stack, not able to ask questions. Portion sizes small for prices. Apples had the sticker on them, assuming they weren't washed. Where do we wash them? Drink fountains or bathroom? Don't forget to tip and clean up your mess.... Frustrating and not something I'm interested in trying again. Plenty of others restaurants to try. The good news is, there's room to eat somewhere else as I'm still hungry.
