Peter immediately said it was probably clogged, that model has a narrow passage and he has unclogged many. I left it and ran out to do a couple errands, and within 20 minutes Peter called me to confirm it was really clogged and he had fixed it. Ran back over and picked it up for a nominal and more than fare charge. Peter knows his stuff and is honest, pleasant, and helpful. This is the place to go if you need a repair, and should I need a new vacuum, I'll certainly be buying from Peter!
