These guys came to fix a gas forced hot air furnace that had no heat. They replaced parts in a…read moretrial and error fashion rather than accurately diagnosing the problem. They replaced the induction motor, then the system's main control board and after neither of those solved the problem they replaced the pressure valve, which I'm guessing to be shear luck that it turned out to be the true problem. The brand new system was installed just over one year ago, so I was surprised they claimed so many things were wrong. Clearly the induction motor and the control board did not need to be replaced because right after they replaced each of them they ran the system and the problem had not been corrected. They even broke the new pressure valve when installing it and just left it installed broken. When they finished, they left wires and the pressure valve just hanging from their connection points. I had to go back and zip tie the wires and lift the pressure valve into position as they were now rubbing against the spinning wheel of the induction motor. Do not ever use this company. They are very nice and friendly people, but I believe they had no idea what they were doing in fixing my new furnace and their bill for labor was over $500 for replacing perfectly good parts.

They installed a safety sensor for airflow on hot water heater which was unnecessary. The plumber I now work with has been in the business 20 years and has never seen one installed. This sensor has caused my water heater to pilot to go out at least three times. $500 spent to fix it and it malfunctioned again and frasers wouldn't and couldn't support their work or the crappy product they sold me. They don't have enough technicians. It took them a week to respond. They have nice customer service people who are nice to talk to but I just need my hot heater fixed and supported!
