It cost me $15 to rent the board for 2 hours. Very reasonable. The staff is kind and nice. They let you change inside and store all your stuff there. I literally went next door to the hardware store, picked up what I needed for under $5, went home and did it myself. All it took was a razor blade, some super glue, an ice-cold beer and I was done! While there, I noticed some really cool hoodies, surf boards galore (even some nicely priced used ones in the back), and a ton of dope skateboard kicks. I haven't said the words "dope" or "kicks" in quite a long time (especially in the same sentence) but having stepped foot in this pretty hip skate/surf shop definitely brings it out of you.
