Bought a 2017 Cadillac Ats 2.0T with roughly 30k on it. All was good until the transmission went in 6 months after purchase. Warranty they sell is just as bad as this dealership. They stand behind nothing and offered 0 assistance. I hope they close soon absolute crooks do not a buy a car here you will regret it!! The most un professional dealership I have ever used. I have 3 bad experiences there since March. The service advisor Tim lied to used about a sensor they damaged and tried to charge us $2500 to fix it. 2 weeks ago after waiting 2 hours for a oil change they said they lost my paperwork and hadn't started my car and than didn't do my tire rotation. Today to make up for it I heard so many people upset in the office and they would not give me a loaner as promised. So again my work not being done. read more

I've never had a good experience with any Cadillac. Aside from being rude or ignoring you when you walk in, they never have loaner cars and refused to see my car this morning when I went there concerned because the check engine light just came on this morning. They told me I could leave it there but they might not look at it today. Then why would I even leave it? Cadillac needs to go on orientation with Lexus and learn a few things about customer service. They should also get more loaner cars. Even if you couldn't look at the car today, they should have loaners available. I expect better service for a 50k car. I wish I can give 0 Star. Worst dealership ever, service department sucks I bought a car 3 months ago brand new Cadillac Escalade ESV. Started to having brake issues first month went 5 times already with that issue. I have bird chirping noises from brake and they test drove the car with me they lied that they didn't hear anything, while I was hearing it :)... my rotors were scratch and wobbled, after 4th visit they resurface the rotors but didn't put new brake pads drove 3 weeks and rotors scratch, now my car has 22.000 miles and they don't want to change my defective rotors and brake pads it was their fault not mine, they should have change rotors and brake pads service department associates doesnt know anything to make customers happy. WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS WITH THAT... They have zero knowledge to make customers happy. Atlantic Cadillac - Rotors defective all scratch because of poor brake pads that dealer denied to put new ones - Auto Repair Near Me - Bay Shore, New York

I am writing to you to say that we are unhappy with the service department of this dealership. We dropped our 2017 4x4 Chevy Express conversion van in for service. We wanted our tires rotated and oil change. We thought both were going to be free, but it wasn't. We had to pay for the oil change. $76.00 to change the oil. UNREAL. We were informed by cell phone message that they could not do the tire rotation because the lift was being used for another job. You called my son's cell phone to leave this message. Luckily he was home today and I got the message. You never tried the home phone. I made this appointment over a week ago. And we dropped off our van at 8:00 am. We are not happy. The last time we were here to service our van with a recall, you damaged our floor mats. We had to replace them because the passenger side mat was ruined with oil and a greasy substance. At that time the rep told us to wait on the oil change. To get it done when we rotate the tires both which would have been free. But now I had to pay and not have one job done. We waited all day for this. This is not how you run a service department. I left the correct phone number this morning and you called that number but now when the van is done you call the wrong number. It's time to rethink where I will go in the future because this dealership has three strikes. read more

I have recently purchased their new XT4, however the car had a small problem but they have been holding it for now, over 4 weeks. They keep on explaining they have to wait until they get direction for Cadillac corporate. This is a total stall tactic which is unethical and just plan wrong. The person Jeff who claims he is the service customer service manager is nothing more than an blow hard, with endless excuses as to why the car cannot be repaired. Last week my sister who lives 3 hours away from me had a heart attack... as I rushed to my car it wouldn't start, the battery was dead. Within 20 minutes On star sent a Cadillac serviceman to jump start the battery but the check engine light remained on. I drove to Atlantic Chevrolet and explained to Dennis in the service department my predicament. Within minutes he had me in a loaner car and on my way to see my sister. The woman in charge of getting my loaner, I believe her name was Ellen, even went so far as to transfer my ice scraper and EZPass from my Cadillac to the loaner car and warmed it up and cleaned it off herself as it was snowing outside. Dennis told me to go take care of my family, he would take of my car. That act of kindness, not to mention the excellent service I have always gotten from Dennis, is why I purchased my second Cadillac from Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac and why I will continue to always do business with them.
