I later told someone they just said that it is not something they have to do just something that they started doing after Covid. I was hoping for a phone call back again after they promised they would tell me what happened. I didn't exactly want someone to get in trouble. It's just that I wanted some sort of communication that that wouldn't happen again. I've waited about three weeks before I posted this. On a good note. I do always like the doctors and the second medical assistant was great. The first one was very nice, but I was just shocked. There was no handwashing no hand sanitizing no nothing and her hands were all in my mouth for swapping. I was honestly too shocked I think and sick to really even say anything at that time.

They rescheduled my surgery multiple times. I sent a message through their website. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

Everyone else we had any interaction with was kind with excellent customer service. The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.

I had to bring my daughter in during a vacation trip nearby because she wasn't feeling well. The…read moremedical staff were fantastic: they were sweet, patient, gentle, and very thorough. They also reliably followed-up with the result of tests done. The registration by phone was also simple enough. The one part that was fine but maybe not 100% was the initial reception. For one, not long before we got there, I called ahead and was told the wait time was at least 40 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and the waiting room is completely empty, which is a good thing but I don't know why they made it seem like they were busy. I parked right in front at a designated spot and text the number on the sign. I completed the registration by phone. But when I went inside I got a cold reception. I said we were there for my daughter's appointment and then got softly reprimanded for having checked into the wrong Atracare location. Except I followed the instructions right on the sign at the designated parking space, so if that went to another location that's Atracare's doing. It's never ideal when you're walking in with a sick kiddo and getting a cold, scoldy reception. Fortunately things picked up from there. I'm not local to any Atracare but I would go back if I needed medical care in the area. I was really happy with the medical staff, the electronic registration procedures, the wait time, and the cleanliness of the clinical area.

She finally called me back and apologized for not getting back with me sooner because she was out of the office. Kim has always been able to solve my issues with staff in the past and I have no doubt that my feedback was heard. She took the time to listen to me and she genuinely cared. Not only did she resolve my issue, she also scheduled an another appointment with another Dr. in the facility. I will definitely give Chesapeake Health Care another chance just because of the way Kim handled the situation. She made me feel like everything was going to be ok, and that means everything to patients, especially when dealing with health issues. It took me so time for me not to be worried about my parents well-being in their new surroundings. It soon was apparent that they were well taken care of, most of the time they were busy playing Bingo or listening to live music or just interacting with the staff and other residents. I love Brandywine Senior living the facility has put to rest any fear I had relative to my parent care. I can only say if you have a elderly relative who could use a Assisted Living facility, please check out Brandywine Senior living at Fenwick Island. Beautiful facility, beautiful people, wonderful environment. I give them 5 *****, more if I could.

My mother has been a resident of Brandywine's memory care unit for three years. I just can't say…read moreenough about this facility. She's treated wonderfully by everyone, especially her caregiver, Kison. Also, Chris, Bethany, and Jamie are employees in her unit and they are upbeat and cheerful. All of the employees seem to know all of the residents' names, and that's pretty impressive. I'm so happy to have found this great facility, and it's only two miles from where she lived before she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. There are so many activities scheduled, she is never bored. I did visit and research other places before deciding on Brandywine, and I'm very happy I made the choice I did. She is also happy there, and I love seeing her happy when I visit. Family activities are scheduled regularly, and the dining room facility is basically a restaurant with a menu...families are welcome to join residents for a meal, and we have done that often. Do yourself a favor and visit Brandywine if you have the need for assisted living.
