Unfortunately, my experience with the physicians was far less impressive. I was repeatedly passed from one doctor to another within the same practice, each citing a different area of specialization. Rather than coordinated care, the process felt inefficient and, frankly, transactional--almost as if each referral was designed to secure another slice of the insurance reimbursement. After seeing nearly every doctor in the office, I was inexplicably routed back to the first one. At that point, it was clear no one had a definitive understanding of my condition. Adding to the frustration, the practice billed my medical insurance instead of my eye insurance, creating yet another unnecessary complication. Thankfully, after switching insurance providers, I visited a different ophthalmologist who accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue in just two appointments. It's disappointing that a practice with such polished facilities and advanced equipment fell short where it mattered most: precise diagnosis, continuity of care, and competent billing.

My husband went to him specifically for upper blepharoplasty and he was told by Dr Kostick that he didn't need upper blepharoplasty, but instead he needed a brow lift. My husband had the brow lift, which was a much more extensive recovery than anticipated as he was drugged up for several days after the surgery. Every time he went back for checkups from the surgery, he was charged an office visit fee, which is ridiculous. Put that aside, his eyelids never changed from the brow lift and Dr Kostick didn't take any responsibility for it. Instead, he suggested another surgery, an upper blepharoplasty, which is the exact surgery that he was told he didn't need. Very disappointing to say the least and really inaccurate assessment. The entire office structure there is like an assembly line with zero accountability. Dr Kostick should have taken responsibility for absolutely no improvement post surgery and offered to fix it. The integrity and professionalism is not there and I would definitely not recommend this doctor.

The practice is a father and son team. I dealt with both doctors and I'll say I'm very happy with the Lind team. They both will do everything they can to make sure everything is just right for you.
