I don't care much for the customer service, but luckily everything went flawlessly. I contacted them asking if I could have my FFL send over their credentials before I order. They just straight out told me no and it needs to be sent after ordering. That was skeptical to me. After reading reviews it made me hesitant, especially with all their rules and stipulations. However, the gun I wanted was at minimum $300 cheaper than anywhere else. So I decided to give it a shot, just used a card that could dispute with. However, no dispute needed. I placed the order and contacted my FFL to send his credentials with my name and order number. He did and withing 20 minutes after sending his information they updated my order with the FFL addressed. That was absolutely epic. The next day the gun shipped. Two days later my gun arrived safe and sound. It looks great too! Timeline: I ordered the gun Tuesday February 3rd. Contacted my FFL that morning and Atlantic Firearms updated the order shortly after. Gun was shipping Wednesday morning February 4th. Gun as in shipping Thursday the 5th, but was delivered to my FFL on the 6th. Although I was hesitant especially after reading the reviews and reading the stipulations they have. However, it was one of the best experiences I have had from any place. Only PSA was smoother even though shipping took longer. read more

Ordered from Atlantic firearms some how my last name got misspelled I noticed on my receipt so within a few minutes I called and the have a answer service so I explained what happened they said they would let them know the next day I get shipping info with the wrong last name so I called again talked to there answering service again then I sent a email got a response back about the email said it's to late it's already been shipped ok I contacted my FFL explained everything no problem then I get another email saying the item was being returned so I emailed again to find out what was going on they said a fraud last name well the name on my card that they charged was right my full name is my email address so now I have dispute the charges I didn't cancel the order they did and trying to charge my 20% do not do business with Atlantic firearms they are not a trustworthy company read more

Terrible customer service. Asked a question about a firearm as the site was not clear about included sights. I got attitude, the guy I talked to acted like I was a complete idiot for wanting to make sure the firearm came with iron sights or flip ups. I shot attitude back and he started threatening me. I carefully researched a particular rifle. I found it on AF on sale with photos that was exactly what I wanted. Long story short it wasn't exactly what was shipped. I proposed a solution of shipping a substitute component of the rifle, to bring it to the spec. AF agreed. So I'm satisfied. I would just recommend that you check first with AF that the photo is exactly what will be shipped and the specific specs. I will buy from them again because customer service was willing to work with me and make it right hence 4 stars. read more

It really pains me to write a bad review, but Atlantic Firearms has recently pulled a Bait and Switch on my order on my Yugoslavian M57 Flare Pistol it was advertised three times on their sale video including a holster bag. The reason I purchased this Yugoslavian M57 Flare Pistol was because it was advertised with the holster Bag in the sale video. I noticed on the sale receipt it stated no holster included which is a classic Bait and Switch practice. After contacting their CUSTOMER NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT several times, they completely ignored the Sale Video stating holster included and said, SORRY NO SPECIAL REQUEST OFFERED!!! Shawn this is in response to your emails and the fact you can't talk on the phone. It's unacceptable. Now it's time to break you off. Most all companies answer the phone. Except you. Really? Why don't you put down the and take a call. I've been in the firearms game awhile and when I sold firearms I actually liked speaking to people and helping them out. But I guess it's too hard for you. This is coming from a combat veteran who's helped law enforcement out with their duty gear, sold firearms, sold high end optics, and worked for US optics. But what would I know. Are used to have great dealings with this company. But also, I never had to deal with their customer service. I recently ordered a new wood AK furniture set from them, but the colors came in mismatched. their customer service told me if I sent it back there would be a 20% restocking fee, and that they would not guarantee that if I re-ordered the colors would match. unfortunately I cannot do business, or recommend that you do business with them ever again. read more

I had a couple of prior transactions. But I recently made another purchase which did not go as well as my other transactions. I made a purchase that I immediately cancelled. I received an cancellation confirmation from Shawn. A month later I noticed I had not received a refund. I emailed Shawn multiple times but never received a response. I filed a dispute with my bank who notified me that Atlantic Firearms claimed the merchandise was shipped but I never received it. This merchant knows how to make a dispute more time consuming. I am still working on the dispute two months later. My fault as I should have looked at other reviews. It does not take much effort to find similar reviews. I cannot see how this is a viable business model. I don't write any bad reviews but if I can prevent others from dealing with this grief then I am happy. Was willing to do business with them for 2 Bula M-14 Style firearms (M21 & T44) I live in Jersey so it's the only option from that manufacture. They are also pretty much the only Bula Dealer out there. They are rude through emails and will not want to ship to a NJ FFL to swap the Bayonet luged flash hider. They lost lost out on $5000 worth of business. If Bula rifles are what you want go right to the manufacturer! read more

Hello fellow yelpers, not sure why there are so few reviews for Atlantic Firearms on yelp. Sorry to hear the experiences of the fellow yelp reviewers, but I am glad to say that I have had a completely different experience. I have placed several orders with Atlantic and have always received immediate confirmation of my order and super fast shipping. Most recently Atlantic had a smoking deal on two mystery AK tanker magazines (most likely North Korean---quite rare). Instead of gouging their customer base they put up a two pack for $99 dollars and currently the mags are selling for twice that and that will probably increase over time. A fantastic deal Atlantic passed on to their customer base. Also, I scored a deal on a Polish AK and needed furniture for the rifle. Atlantic had the best price on a set of WBP Polish furniture that really made my rifle complete. The furniture set was ordered and arrived within two days! So if you are looking for a company that has unique items, that ships fast, and takes care of their customers look no further you have found them! Give Atlantic a try you won't regret it. read more

Long story short, I placed an order with Atlantic firearms and they cancelled my order because my billing address and shipping address were different (I'm stationed in a different state than my billing address). They emailed me for clarification but it was auto sent to my "promotions" folder because these people shove their ads down my emails throat at least twice. Out of nowhere they cancel my order. The cancelation email said the original amount for the transaction but when I checked my bank I was short $45.00. I emailed the manager and he emailed me with a snip of their cancelation policy and the tone of "too bad so sad". They never shipped out my order and they're still taking the cancellation fee? They they even changed their cancellation policy on their website in the middle of my dispute so they wouldn't have to pay me back. It's okay though I have screenshots and my bank is handling it now.
