We had a 100% guaranteed VA loan to purchase the home. Krissy was irate on multiple occasions and yelled at our Realtor. Dale Sorensen failed to honor a fully funded VA loan in which no down payment is necessary. Due to the fact, my husband has a very demanding job with the Federal Government he was unable to break away from his 8 to 5 to wire funds until the day after the deadline which was further delayed because of the Memorial Day weekend. Our contract was cancelled while we were on a plane to Orlando and had planned to look at the house. I was heartbroken, my emotions were played with during the whole process of trying to purchase the home. Our loan officer, broker, realtor, the sellers Broker included could not figure out why our offer was being turned down when it was a VA loan. The only reason provided to us was we "missed" a deadline. Other than Krissy was very unprofessional and a liability for this Real Estate Agency and I don't think she can be trusted to represent your best interest.

This isn't that kind of review. These people have several operating names... HMPM, Housing Market Realty, and Fischer Property Management, among others. They use these individual names to get around reviews. Charles Fischer and his empire of LLCs are nothing more than slumlords. They take properties from owners that can't manage them, and run them into the ground. Long wait times for responses are normal. Got a leak? They'll text you that someone will be there asap. 4 days later, water is still spewing out of a pipe in the crawlspace. Think you paid a security deposit? Joanne Narciso will say that you didn't, then retract her statement with a lower number, and then, only when provided with receipts for the deposit will say that your deposit is accurate... After 3 months of bickering... And after the fact that the deposit wasn't held per FL law in a bank account. They don't care if you have rats. They don't care if you literally have a water fountain under your house. They will find every excuse to screw you any way they can. They want that monthly commission from the landlord miles away, and nothing more. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Especially, if you wish to preserve the value of your property, DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE IT!! Slumlord is a word that unfortunately is used by people that rent and disrespect the property they're renting... We aren't that. I've (with property owners approval) done about $2k work that increased the value by $20k. All stuff that needed to be done, but I did it inexpensively with little to no labor cost to them. These people are total scum.
