After having several hearing tests performed and after seeing an ENT it seems that my hearing loss was not due to pollen or allergies but rather a gradual decline of my hearing over my life. The loud music and concerts I had attended had caught up with me. It was recommended that I get hearing aids, and I was lucky to have found Ms. Leanne Polhill in Port Orange near where I live. She came highly recommended. When I saw Leanne she re-ran a hearing test to confirm the results of the other 2 hearing tests and said she wanted to make sure my hearing loss and my hearing loss range was being properly pinpointed. I must say that her professionalism and her attention to detail and her expertise were incredible and she made it so effortless for me to choose a hearing aid that was tailored to my specific hearing and my active lifestyle. I sincerely could not be more pleased with the results of all of her excellent work and I would highly recommend Leanne and her practice to anyone who is concerning hearing aids. They had the faulty piece replaced within 10 minutes, extremely friendly, even provided some terrific local restaurant info. No charge either, the part was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Grateful thanks to Dr. Polhill for his kind accommodation and ensuring I have full binaural hearing during my vacation!

My mother is 95 years old, she walked in to his office with her walker, she weighs 103 pounds soaking wet. Have surgery......that is not an option at her age...good grief. After further discussion about either repairing the old hearing aide or getting a new one he leaned back in his chair and said: " I am not making you a hearing aide". He said nothing else. I got my mother up and we were leaving.....he kept talking and I finally told him to stop talking...we are leaving....Bob followed us down the hallway still talking and once again I told his to stop talking to me....I have no idea what he was even talking about. He followed us out of the building and was on the sidewalk, still talking as I was getting my mother in the car. I told him for last time to stop talking to me......never again.....horrible man!

I went in to have my hearing checked, I am 62, I thought I was losing a step. He ran me through the test, and in the end told me that my hearing was perfect. Prefect for a 62 year old of course. He could have talked me into aids, but he was honest and said I did not need them. He fixed her one broken hearing aid in less than five minutes and provided her with ample information as to why she needs to come back on a regular basis. This cost nothing today. He's very nice and his front desk assistant Ashley is also very nice and helpful. The office is clean and pleasant as well.
