I am not sure if it's because of my insurance, but I do have to pay an upfront amount for a photo for the back of my eye, but I totally recommend this so you can get a clearer understanding of your eye health. The establishment is always very clean and the people who work here are very kind and accommodating. They are also very knowledgeable with everything associating to the eyes, which is actually really helpful of course. Again, I am not sure how it goes with buying glasses as I do not buy them here for my own reasons, but I have heard great things for that entire process.

We left and went home. I made my wife some chicken soup and slowly felt better. Today 7-2 my wife went to her Kidney Doctor. He reviewed her blood work from the ER and stated that her sodium had bottomed out and they should have gave her two bags of IV. I get it, he said / she said, but what REALLY pissed me off was Dr. Taylor's comment that he had a short attention span and give him the short version, like we were bothering him. Maybe his lack of "attention" missed the issue on the blood test?? How does someone with a short attention span become a MD in school? .......we will not go back to this location.

It's called a "retinal scan" and it is not necessary for corrective lenses in healthy eyes. However, no $50 fee for his job, no exam performed for corrective lenses. No other places in Port Orange require this. When I complained he told me that "If you don't like it go somewhere else", and that his "fiance has student loans"...LOL. I call it "retinal scam". Avoid this place like the plague. Other reviews say the same, I wish I had read them before. I'm sorry to have to write this, but you brought this on yourself.
