I was promised things would be better on the second time around and they would offer me a great refinance option one year after buying our home, they ran my credit score to do the refinance and now nobody answers the phone or email. We are now doing our refinance with another company and saving significantly more money, stress and time. I could go on and on about how disappointing the service was from start to finish. I always wait a few months to write a review because it is easy to get frustrated in the moment, after many attempts to try and reach out to this company I can say without a doubt that they are the least professional people I have ever worked with and to future customers I hope this helps you find someone better.
