I was promised things would be better on the second time around and they would offer me a great refinance option one year after buying our home, they ran my credit score to do the refinance and now nobody answers the phone or email. We are now doing our refinance with another company and saving significantly more money, stress and time. I could go on and on about how disappointing the service was from start to finish.
