I've been using a Atlantic.Net VPS since... 2015 (wow!) and the price, professionalism, and reliability are exceptional. Even though they are great about scheduling maintenance and being transparent about the updates to their infra, I'm not aware that it's ever affected my service. read more

Solid service for more than 4 years I have been using Atlantic.NET for around 4 years with a Cloud Server to host a WordPress website and I have not suffered any single issue, it has been a solid service, it is a bit pricy compared with other options but it is easily compensated by the solid service and pace of mind. I have had zero problems with payments like some reports. read more

After being a customer for more than 5 years and having a server that was completely outdated and barely running, I requested that the company cancel my server. At the time of this request, I had paid Atlantic.net more than $12,000 for use of this leased dedicated server. I kindly requested that they cancel the server since none of the websites on the server were being used and the server was running so slow that I could barely login anymore. They quickly returned my email with an automated form letter stating that my contract was until April 2018. I thought to myself...did I really sign a 5 or 6 year deal to pay over $300 per month on a server (BTW my last bill for June 2017 that I just received is now $523.39!!!) I contacted a sales associate (SAM) and informed him of my disgust with this so called contract. He informed me that the contract automatically renews every year for another year! I pleaded and let them know that I've been a good customer who always pre-pays monthly and never asks for anything. Sam took it to upper management and they denied my request to be released from the contract. I asked to speak with a manager myself and they said they would get back to me ASAP. It's been 3 days now and here I am. I'm a small business owner and this isn't right! Shame on you Atlantic.net! read more

I been with Atlantic.net for over 3 years, the service is great, they respond fast, the up time is amazing, like 3 years without a reboot until I initiated it to test my startup code. The Disk write speeds are as fast as many other costing 10x more per month. I used a handful of services and I like Atlantic, they do what they say, and provide a product to suit my needs. read more

We used these guys to host our site on their cloud platform because we prefer to go with local companies instead of the "Big Guys". Unfortunately frequent outages and very very poor customer service (Courteous, but unable to help!) forced us to go to Rackspace where the service is far far better. read more

Due to lack of repair techs, they put our reconnection out six days from the day That the accident and cut off. This is unacceptable as both my husband and I work out of our home and use the Internet on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I have returned to Spectrum, they were able to reconnect me the next day. I fussed at AT&T as we are long longtime customers of cellular, and they said they just do not have the repair staff currently. They have overbuilt too quickly and do not have the infrastructure to support their new customers. The coverage was spotty and at times that the Internet was very slow. We will consider changing back to them at a later date once they have the proper infrastructure in place. It is good to have options which we did not have before.

I've been with Atlantic.net since 2014. They had an amazing promo at the time and I have been with them ever since. They offered the best deal on the market when comparing quality of service and cloud resource pricing. I haven't had to scale my resources beyond the promo I have and they have honored it for all these years. Any time I had questions about things they were prompt to help. Their IT staff are great and their accounting department as well is great to deal with. I highly recommend Atlantic.net for value. Amazon AWS for me is too expensive and honestly I have not had a pleasant experience with AWS Support, they were slow and didn't understand my issue, yet provided me with a generic response. We've been using Atlantic.net for many years now. Their reliability is outstanding, maintenance is properly planned and concise. We are very satisfied with their VPS service as it has been low latency and speedy throughout the years. For users in the Caribbean, having this lower latency service in Miami, compared to other options, provides a long lasting value. Feature's offered like backups, easy password changes, easy reinstall's, options to easily add additional IP's to your server, free DNS/Nameserver management, RDNS. I have only used the cheaper tier of Atlantic.Net VPS service, but have been a customer for over 7 years. The VPS is always up when I need it, and if there is any datacenter maintenance, you are notified ahead of time in case there is an outage. I have been pleased with the VPS service and will continue to be a customer. read more

I've been using Atlantic.Net for since 2014. I had no problems with attacks on their network and the main one, uptime is 99.99999 for real. My server manually restarted only 4x this whole time.
