They would let the phone ring off the hook and were rude in person. Medical professionals were fine, not great I went to see the. On 6/17/2022 and what a world of difference! The front office and reception was GREAT! They were courteous, empathetic and all around fantastic experience. I was in a lot of pain. The doctor was amazing and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong, gave me detailed follow up directions. She was kind, courteous, professional and I can't say enough great things! I was also one of the last patients of the day. My opinion of Riverside has gone from not great to very positive!

The doctor and his medical assistant took remarkable care of me, and frankly may have saved my life again. In any case they provided amazing, compassionate care of the sort that's often all too hard to find elsewhere. I've had similarly amazing, desperately needed care and treatment at other City MDs in New Jersey and all around New York City. You're in the best of hands here.
