The first therapist was excellent, but we were told she couldn't continue because my mother lives outside her coverage area. A second therapist was assigned, and the same issue happened again. Both therapists promised someone would follow up with a solution--no one ever did. Calling the company only leads to a switchboard that repeats the same empty promises. For a patient over 100 years old who needs timely care, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable.
