A few months ago new management took over and we've had nothing but issues. We have an outdoor storagespot for our trailer. The gate is always broken. The homeless sneak in all the time. The manager there whose name is Shell is the rudest woman I have ever met treats us like crap and cusses us out every time we see her. She has no managerial skills whatsoever. She is extremely confrontational. The general manager should seriously consider removing her. She is not the face that you want your customers to see. Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.
